of these sites very obviously are not in favor of the eschatological
viewpoint that Antipas is purveying to the world, and are
- in fact - very much opposed to it. These are websites
that purvey an "escapist" mentality insofar as the "end
of the age" is concerned, and/or seek to link the church
to right-wing Christian circles in the United States. HENCE,

ALIYA TRAINING
[After reading the material below,

of this page. We will take it from there.]
Your instructor for this training - at least initially – will be
S.R. Shearer, the head of Antipas Ministries and the author of The New Antipas Papers.
Needless to say, his time is very limited, so this course of instruction
will be open ONLY to those who are serious about actually participating
in Aliya – i.e., those very few who are willing to “take action”
with regard to what they learn.
For those who volunteer for this training you will be furnished with
his personal email address so that you may ask him questions concerning the
material.
NOTE:

A separate course of instruction is in the process of development for those
OUTSIDE the U.S. – i.e., those who want to speak for the ministry
in countries other than the United States. Those outside the U.S. will be
notified when this training becomes available.

INTRODUCTION
You have chosen to become involved in ALIYA – a choice,
I have to say, that not many will want to make; one that is fraught with danger
and risk; and one that may at times overwhelm you with a sense of rejection
and even abandonment insofar as your loved-ones are concerned – the kind of
abandonment that Christ faced in the Garden of Gethsemane on the eve of His
betrayal.
As a result, you must possess a “certainty” with regard to the path
you have chosen, not only insofar as you personally are concerned, but also
insofar as those with whom you come in contact. YOU WILL, to put it
crudely, HAVE TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT! - and this does not
come by way of osmosis, but by hard study. The Bible says:
"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman
that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word
of truth." (2 Timothy 2:15)
THREE TYPES OF TRAINING
There are three types of training available to you, and they are
arranged below in order of difficulty; but no matter which one you choose,
they will all provide you with the privilege of speaking in the name of Antipas
and traveling outside the United States as a co-worker in the ministry – a
privilege which will be invaluable as your departure from the country draws
near.
Basic Course
The first and most basic course of instruction
deals with the eschatology contained in The Antipas Papers and
associated material. In this most basic course of instruction, you will NOT
be required to do the “PRACTICAL” exercises attached to the training.
If you choose this course of instruction,
it is assumed that you will most likely want to attach yourself to an already
existing ALIYA group, rather than start and lead one yourself.
YOU
MUST COMPLETE THIS COURSE OF INSTRUCTION BEFORE YOU WILL BE PERMITTED TO JOIN
AN ALREADY EXISTING ALIYA GROUP;
IN ADDITION, AFTER COMPLETION OF THIS COURSE OF INSTRUCTION – AND
BEFORE YOU WILL BE PERMITTED TO JOIN YOURSELF TO AN ALREADY EXISTING ALIYA
GROUP - YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO CERTIFY THAT YOU ARE IN AGREEMENT WITH
OUR “STATEMENT OF FAITH.”
If there are no ALIYA groups
in your locality, you will have to wait for one to form in your area; OR
you can choose to move to where there is one already established. We are still
in “early days” insofar as our ALIYA groups are concerned –
so I must tell you that there are not many which have as yet been fully established.
When you finish your course of instruction, and you choose to move to an already
established ALIYA group, we will let you know where these groups
are located.
A certificate will be granted upon completion
of this course.
Intermediate Course: Preparation for Leadership
The second course of instruction consists
of all the training contained in the basic course with the addition of the
“PRACTICAL” exercises.
If you choose this course of instruction,
it is assumed that you want to start and lead an ALIYA group
in your area.
This course of instruction is available
to both men and women alike – it’s too late in the “game” to quibble about
the so-called “role of the sexes” insofar as leadership is concerned. Where
there is a dearth of men, we encourage the sisters to step forward as Deborah
did so many years ago.
These PRACTICAL exercises have been
carefully constructed so as to gradually, but with an increasing tempo, turn
you into a leader in the ministry. By the time you have finished this course
of instruction, you will most likely have a “following.” We will also begin
to provide you with the names of those in your area who have expressed an
interest in Antipas.
YOU
MAY TAKE THIS COURSE OF INSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE BASIC COURSE ABOVE.
A certificate will be granted upon completion
of this course.
Advanced Training
The third course of instruction aims
at preparing you for a pastor’s role within the OVERALL MOVEMENT.
To avail yourself of this course of instruction, you must have completed both
courses of instruction above. This course of instruction is not available
at this time.
