TRAINING FOR THE
“GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM”
&
ESTABLISHING “NEW
WINESKINS” FOR “NEW WINE”
[After reading the material below,

Your instructor for this training - at least initially – will be S.R. Shearer,
the head of Antipas Ministries and the author of The
New Antipas Papers.
For those who volunteer for this training
you will be furnished with his personal email address so that you may ask
him questions concerning the material.
INTRODUCTION
You have chosen to become involved in God’s commission regarding
the “Gospel of the Kingdom” and establishing a testimony to Him in this evil,
wicked world – putting the “new wine” of the “Gospel of the Kingdom” into
“new wineskins.” The decision you have made is fraught with danger and risk
because in doing so, you will be confronting an imperial system that itself
claims to represent God in this earth. As a result, you must possess a “certainty”
with regard to the path you have chosen, not only insofar as you are concerned
personally, but also insofar as those with whom you will come in contact.
YOU WILL, to put it crudely, HAVE TO KNOW WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT!
– and, again, this does not come by way of osmosis, but by hard study. The
Bible says:
"Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not
to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth." (2 Timothy 2:15)
THREE TYPES OF TRAINING
There are three types of training available to you, and they are
arranged below in order of difficulty; but no matter which one you choose,
they will all provide you with the ability to speak in the name of Antipas.
The three courses are as follows, and parallels to some extent the course
of instruction we are offering students in the U.S., except that their courses
of instruction are meant to prepare them for ALIYA, while the
courses of instruction we are providing to you are meant to orient you towards
raising up a testimony where you live.
Basic Course
The first and most basic course of instruction
deals with the eschatology contained in The Antipas Papers and
associated material. In this most basic course of instruction, you will NOT
be required to do the “PRACTICAL” exercises attached to the training.
If you choose this course of instruction,
you will be prepared to preach the “Gospel of the Kingdom” to a world that
is thirsting to hear it – and in doing so, you will be responding to Christ’s
call in Luke 10:2; a call that pertains DIRECTLY to the “Gospel of
the Kingdom.”
A certificate will be granted upon completion
of this course. Intermediate Course: Preparation
for Leadership
The second course of instruction consists
of all the training contained in the basic course with the addition of the
“PRACTICAL” exercises. The “PRACTICAL” exercises are pretty
much the same that we are offering in our ALIYA courses, except
that they may be altered to fit the cultural situation of each unique country.
In time, what we hope to do is open up a “DISCUSSION BOARD” where those
involved in the “Intermediate Course” can pray together, discuss their unique
situations, and if changes are needed in the “PRACTICAL” exercises, those
changes can be discussed with others facing the same problems.
If you choose this course of instruction,
it is assumed that you want to become involved in starting a “house-church”
where you live.
This course of instruction is available
to both men and women alike – it’s too late in the “game” to quibble about
the so-called “role of the sexes” insofar as leadership is concerned. Where
there is a dearth of men, we encourage the sisters to step forward as Deborah
did so many years ago. (Judges 4:5 and Judges 5:15)
These PRACTICAL exercises have been
carefully constructed so as to gradually, but with an increasing tempo, turn
you into a leader in the ministry. By the time you have finished this course
of instruction, you will most likely have a “following.” We will also begin
to provide you with the names of those in your area who have expressed an
interest in Antipas.

MAY TAKE THIS COURSE OF INSTRUCTION IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE BASIC COURSE ABOVE.
A certificate will be granted upon completion
of this course. Advanced Training
The third course of instruction aims at
preparing you for a pastor’s role within the OVERALL MOVEMENT. To avail
yourself of this course of instruction, you must have completed both courses
of instruction above. This course of instruction is not available at this
time.
