SECTION ISETTING A TRAP TO CATCH CHRISTIANSWritten By

"... Come, let us take |
Like a man who is sick with desire for a strange but beautiful woman, Christians today are sick with desire for the world and material wealth. Sadly, they have fallen from a view of themselves as citizens of the Kingdom of Heaven to seeing themselves as "permanent residents" of this present evil world. Like sheep, they have been led astray (Psalm 7:4-27); they have sinned and left the one to whom they were rightfully betrothed and have gone "whoring" after another lover: the world! But the Bible somberly warns against such sin (worldliness), and it is not without reason that it compares the power of such temptation (worldliness) to the same power which undergirds sexual sin. Christians may be shocked by the illustrations on this page, but they should also bear in mind that it's not "Sally Frump" who is doing the tempting. Many Christians have underestimated the power of seduction and overestimated their own ability to resist it [both sexual and worldly (Jimmy Swaggert, David Hocking, Jim Bakker, etc.)], and have ruined their lives as a result. The sad fact is, once Christians start down this road, few of them ever return!
TOP"... at the window of my house I looked through my casement, And beheld among the simple ones, I discerned among the youths, a young man void of understanding, Passing through the street ... and he went ... to (a certain) house, In the twilight, in the evening, in the black and dark night: And, behold, there met him a woman with the attire of an harlot, and subtle of heart. So she caught him, and kissed him ... and said unto him ... I have decked my bed with coverings of tapestry, with carved works, with fine linen of Egypt. I have perfumed my bed with myrrh, aloes, and cinnamon. Come, let us take our fill of love until the morning: let us solace ourselves with love.
Be careful!
It's your soul
that Apostate
Christianity is after!"With her much fair speech she caused him to yield, with the flattering of her lips she forced him.
"He goeth after her straightway, as an ox goeth to the slaughter, or as a fool to the correction of the stocks; Till a dart strike through his liver; as a bird hasteth to the snare, and knoweth not that it is for his life.
"Hearken unto me now therefore, O ye children, and attend to the words of my mouth. Let not thine heart decline to her ways, go not astray in her paths.
"For she hath cast down many wounded: yea, many strong men have been slain by her. Her house is the way to hell, going down to the chambers of death." (PROVERBS 7:4-27)
