DON'T BE NAIVE ABOUT
GOING TO PRISON FOR CHRIST

INTRODUCTION

I never cease to be amazed at the naiveté of Christians when they make silly statements to the effect that they are not frightened at the prospect of going to jail for their faith - and yet this is a prospect that every real Christian must contemplate in the relatively near future given the way the church has been hijacked by the elites and tied to George Bush's American New World Order System.

For us as Christians to say nothing in the face of what's happening is tantamount to putting our souls in jeopardy; to refuse to speak out to our fellow parishioners, to our friends, to our associates at work, AND MOST ESPECIALLY TO THE POOR OF THIS COUNTRY AND ABROAD is equivalent to allowing the devil to appropriate the name of Christ without protest - and certainly there can be no doubt about the way the devil has gained control of the church. The results of the 2004 presidential election (which has all but cemented the link between the super-rich of the Republican Party and the Religious Right), and the very obvious "follow-on" connection between the super-rich and hell makes all that plain enough for anyone to see. Believe me, brothers and sisters, it's not without reason that Jesus said,

"... It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a (sewing) needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God." (Matt. 19:24)

And -

"No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye CANNOT serve God and mammon." (Matt. 6:24)

GOD AND MAMMON DO NOT OCCUPY THE SAME SPACE

Plainly - in the view of the New Testament (i.e., Matthew 6:24) - Mammon and God are mutually EXCLUSIVE. They cannot exist in the same space. Obviously, what that means is where you see the rich dominating the church, God is no longer there! - or do you doubt the words of Christ on this matter? Do you think that He was merely "stretching the truth" here to make a point? Is that what you think? If so, you are being exceedingly FOOLISH.

The Apostle Paul says that they -

"... that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in DESTRUCTION and PERDITION (hell). (1 Tim. 6:9)

And he goes on to say that -

"... the love of money is the root of ALL evil ..." (1 Tim. 6:10)

THE POOR HAVE BEEN "READ OUT" OF THE CHURCH

Nonetheless, despite the plain teaching of the New Testament on this matter, the Religious Right has clearly ceded control of the church over to the rich (i.e., the economic elites of the Republican Party), and so much so that today one would think that being wealthy is commensurate with being a "good Christian," and that the stingy, mean-spirited economic policies of the rich are "God ordained."

Come on now! - isn't that clearly what's occurring today when, for example, Jerry Falwell - in cataloguing what the Religious Right is after politically - lists privatizing social security, opposing universal health care, etc. (all political/economic aims of the Economic Elites) along with opposing abortion, opposing gay marriage, re-introducing prayer in the schools, etc. There seems to be a seamless web between the goals of the Religious Right and those of the Economic Elites - and these goals are by now so interconnected that the two communities have virtually become one. The very real truth of the matter is THE POOR HAVE BEEN "READ OUT" OF THE CHURCH - and a black "Magic Marker" pen has been used to blacken out all the Bible's very plain warnings against the rich.

And this is no small matter! You should know, dear Christian, THAT THE LINKAGE BETWEEN THE ELITES (AND, IPSO FACTO, THEIR "CREATION," THE AMERICAN NEW WORLD ORDER SYSTEM) - AND THE RELIGIOUS RIGHT IS AN ABOMINATION TO GOD. Obviously, then, those who do not protest this linkage are setting themselves up to be the object of God's WRATH - and don't think, even for a moment, that you will be spared His WRATH because you vacuously claim Christ as your savior. The Bible says:

"... to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin." (James 4:17)

So - very obviously - saying nothing is not an option.

THE PRECARIOUS SITUATION OF AMERICANS
WHO CHOOSE TO STAY IN BABYLON

And there is something more - something that has special reference to American Christians: You must come to grips with the fact that you will NOT be found guiltless if you serve this modern-day monstrosity (i.e., the American New World Order System), no matter how peripherally and no matter in what capacity - whether as a soldier, whether as an employee of one of its rapacious multinational corporations, or even merely as a "paper-pusher" in an arms manufacturing concern. You will not be excused (indeed, you CANNOT be excused) anymore than an employee at the Frankfurt headquarters of the German firm, I.G. Farben Company, could be excused sixty years ago for his involvement - however peripheral - with what the company was doing to the Jews hundreds and hundreds of miles away at the death camp at Auschwitz-Birkenau. The Bible says,

"He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad." (Matt. 12:30)

Or do you think that serving in America's new CRUSADER ARMY in its murderous rampage against the poor of this world is the equivalent of "gathering with Christ?" And if there is no equivalence here - and plainly there is none - then whose side are you on if you are connected in any way with this hideous killing machine?

American Christians would do well to remember the words of Christ when He said,

"Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven.

"But whosoever shall deny me before men, HIM WILL I ALSO DENY BEFORE MY FATHER WHICH IS IN HEAVEN." (Matt. 10:32-33)

CONFESSING CHRIST BEFORE MEN

You say, What relevance does this have to me? I confess Christ before men!

Oh really? Maybe to your fellow Christians in the safety of your own living room, but certainly not in the work place - unless that is, you "confess" the FALSE CHRIST of America's New World Order System!

Come on now; be honest here: I'll bet "dollars to donuts" that you don't confess the Christ you find on the pages of this website. Specifically, I'll wager that if you're a soldier in America's new Crusader Army you won't speak out to your fellow soldiers against what that army is up to in its bloody campaign to "bring Christ to the nations;" and that if you are an employee of one of America's greedy, avaricious multinational corporations, I'll just bet you keep your mouth shut at the workplace about what your employer is up to in the Third World. Otherwise, dear Christian, you wouldn't still be working for that corporation, or serving in America's armed forces. You'd be in prison serving time (hard labor) at Fort Levenworth, or you would be "out on your ass" and homeless insofar as your job prospects in the United States are concerned, which is just a hair's breath away from serving time at an American SuperMax as a so-called "terrorist suspect" or as a so-called "traitor."

THE FACT OF YOUR CONTINUING EMPLOYMENT OR THE FACT THAT YOU ARE STILL A MEMBER OF AMERICA'S ARMED FORCES PROVES THE CHARGE THAT YOU HAVE NOT SPOKEN OUT, AND THAT YOU HAVE RETREATED AS A CRINGING, SNIVELING COWARD INTO THE CORNER SOMEWHERE AND ARE KEEPING YOUR MOUTH SHUT - your protestations to the contrary notwithstanding. And, again, if that's the case, you are truly in danger of Christ's warning in Matthew 10:33:

"... whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven." (Matt. 10:33)

And all this to say NOTHING about the coming military draft - and believe me, it's coming! What will you or your draft-age children (sons and/or daughters) do then? - serve or go to prison for draft evasion? Or are you so insane as to think that God will give you or your children a "pass" if you (or they) are forced into the army? Believe me, there will be no "passes" given out by God in this matter (after all, we're talking here about an army dedicated to the purposes of HELL) anymore than there were "passes" given out to those early Christians who refused to serve in the Roman army or burn incense to the Roman Emperor as a sign of loyalty. To those early Christians, there was only one choice: they refused, and - as a result - they were either IMPRISONED, or sold into slavery, and / or executed under terrible conditions. Do you think that you are any different? You are being a real jerk if you think so! [Please see our article, "Closing the Trap: The Draft."]

PRISON OR SPEAKING OUT FOR CHRIST

All this brings me to the matter of "serving time" for Christ in PRISON - which is surely where you will end up within the next few years if you speak out for Christ - at least the Christ of the New Testament! As I said in my last article, "Cell Phone Technology: You Are Being Tracked," those who say they are not frightened by such a prospect are being very, very DISINGENUOUS. I continued,

"Yes, it's true that those who are truly led by the Spirit will be able to stand in the face of all this (i.e., going to prison); but - sadly - I have found that most of those who make blasé statements to the effect that they are not frightened by the prospect of prison have usually NOT been walking in the spirit, and they say they are not frightened because - in fact - THEY DON'T REALLY BELIEVE THAT SUCH THINGS CAN HAPPEN TO THEM. And more to the point (and while they would never admit it), they are too comfortably ensconced in the midst of Babylon to seriously consider doing anything MEANINGFUL about their precarious situation.

"It's IDIOTIC for such people to think that suddenly they will be possessed of the necessary courage to bear what they will be called upon to endure when - without warning - they are actually confronted with the prospect of prison.

"Most likely, they will fold in the face of it (to their ETERNAL shame); after all, spiritual courage does not develop in a person over night." [And I know what I am talking about here: When I was in Saigon thirty-six ago as an American intelligence officer attached to the Combined Intelligence Center there (CICV), I had a number of occasions to visit the NIC (the National Interrogation Center), and I can tell you, you don't want to end up in a place like that!]

THE SAINTS OF MATTHEW CHAPTER TEN

Yes, the Bible does say,

"... they (i.e., those who oppose the real message of Jesus Christ - so-called "Christians" or otherwise) will deliver you up to the councils ...

"And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.

"But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.

"For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you." (Matt. 10:17-20)

However, you must realize something here: Jesus was not speaking in these verses to the kind of silly prisses that characterize so much of today's American Christianity - people who think that God's only purpose is to make them happy in this life and in this world; the kind of witless wimps who think that God "exists" for their pleasure - i.e., to make them happy and successful, to provide them with a good husband or a good wife, etc. - and who think that "making a sacrifice for God" is occasionally putting a little "extra" in the "offering plate" when it is passed on Sunday mornings. Or more, those people who - knowing something of the "Great Deception" of the "end of days" (2 Thess. 2:3) - imagine that their only duty is to sit blithely (and comfortably) behind their computer screens pontificating to others on the "end of days" and comforting them with the words that "God will take care of them" and "everything will be okay."

CAUGHT UNAWARE

Such people - many of whom were once associated with Antipas - remind me of Joseph Lehman, the chief Rabbi of Berlin, who counseled his fellow Jews five months after the ascension of Hitler to power in Germany:

"Fleeing Germany is cowardly, just because five months of pain lie behind us and probably years of misjudgment, hate, and need lie ahead of us. Practically speaking, we as Jews reaffirm a life in Germany and for Germany."

The folly of it all! How could people "buy off" on such nonsense? But the fact is, Lehman's words fell on the ears of people who didn't want to go (i.e., flee Germany), and who - as a result - were very predisposed to hear what Lehman was saying. They were too comfortably ensconced in Germany, and they believed that they could "wait Hitler out." Asinine, dim-witted nincompoops - all of them; people who - as L.S. Dawidowics wrote in her authoritative account of the Holocaust, War Against the Jews, 1933-1945 - had become trapped by their own conceits and love of money:

"The Jews (of Germany), whose dazzling success in business blinded them to the encroaching blackness of National Socialism (Nazism), were caught unaware by the onslaught of Hitler."

HARDENED AS GOOD SOLDIERS OF JESUS CHRIST

But these SIMPLETONS and NAIFS (the kind of dolts we've been describing above - both Jews and Christians) were not the kind of men and women to whom Jesus was speaking in Matthew chapter 10 (where Jesus told His disciples "to take no thought" about what was to befall them in connection with being arrested). He was speaking to people who had ALREADY given up EVERYTHING for the Kingdom of Heaven's sake - people who were already HARDENED (2 Tim. 2:3) to the exigencies of the Gospel, and who ALREADY knew what it meant to live as -

"... sheep in the midst of wolves ..." (Matt. 10:16)

These were people (again, the kind of people whom Jesus was addressing in Matthew chapter 10) who were not blinded by the deceitfulness of riches (Mark 4:19); who did not allow their lives to be governed by the requirements imposed on them by the necessities (so-called) of the "moneyed-life."

Moreover, they were people who actually took the words of Jesus seriously when He COMMANDED them to -

"Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses,

"Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves ..." (Matt. 10:9-10)

They were people who had ALREADY suffered the loss of family and friends as a result of the Gospel, and who had come to realize what Jesus meant when He warned them that -

"... the brother shall deliver up the brother to death, and the father the child: and the children shall rise up against their parents, and cause them to be put to death." (Matt. 10:21)

People who had come to realize what it meant to be -

"... HATED of all men for my (i.e., Christ's) name's sake ..." (Matt. 10:22)

People who were very much cognizant of the fact that Jesus meant what He said when He told them -

"... I am come to set a man at VARIANCE against his father, and the daughter against her mother, and the daughter in law against her mother in law.

"And a man's foes shall be they of his own household.

"HE THAT LOVETH FATHER OR MOTHER MORE THAN ME IS NOT WORTHY OF ME: AND HE THAT LOVETH SON OR DAUGHTER MORE THAN ME IS NOT WORTHY OF ME.

"And he that taketh not his cross, and followeth after me, is not worthy of me.

"He that findeth his life shall lose it: and he that loseth his life for my sake shall find it." (Matt. 10:35-39)

And when He warned them -

"The disciple is not above his master, nor the servant above his lord.

"It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?" (Matt. 10:24-25)

And, finally, they were people who took very seriously the words of Jesus when He said -

"... when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another ... (Matt. 10:23)

HEROES OF THE FAITH

THESE - and not the weak-kneed American Christians of today - are the kind of people to whom Jesus said:

"... when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak: for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.

"For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you. (Matt. 10:19-20)

Are YOU that kind of a person? Are you really? Are you HARDENED (2 Tim. 2:3) to the extent that these people were? - and it doesn't matter what you tell me; if you are being less than honest here, you will surely be "found out." The Bible says:

"Every man's work shall be made manifest: for the DAY shall declare it, because it shall be revealed by FIRE; and the FIRE shall try every man's work of what sort it is." (1 Cor. 3:13)

THE "TRYING" OF OUR FAITH

Listen to me, dear brothers and sisters in the Lord, FAITH THAT CAN STAND THE TEST OF OSTRACISM, PRISON AND TORTURE DOES NOT DEVELOP IN A PERSON OVER NIGHT. Don't think - even for a minute - that somehow or other, when the time comes, you will "rise to the occasion" as some of my very naive former colleagues suggest. Chances are, you won't. Faith is something that must be "worked out" in our lives - and it is "worked out" in us by the "trying of our faith." In other words, while faith is indeed the "free gift of God" to us when we first believe (Eph 2:8-9), it must be carefully NURTURED to fruition in our lives for it to do us any good insofar as those things we are being called upon by God to endure. This is what Paul meant when he said,

"Wherefore, my beloved ... work out your own salvation (meaning, develop your Christian life through faith) with fear and trembling." (Phil. 2:12)

To this end, the Apostle James says:

"Knowing this, that the trying of your faith [there's that phrase again] worketh patience.

"But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing." (James 1:3-4)

A PROCESS THAT REQUIRES TIME

James calls this the "trying" or "testing" of our faith, and the Apostle Paul describes the "trying of our faith" as a PROCESS (sprinkled through and through with much tribulation) that requires a lot of time to effectuate. It does not happen all at once, in an instant as some very FOOLISHLY think. Paul says:

"... we glory in tribulations also: knowing that tribulation worketh patience;

"And patience, experience; and experience, hope:

"And hope maketh not ashamed; because the love of God is shed abroad in our hearts by the Holy Ghost which is given unto us." (Rom. 5:3-5)

Brothers and sisters, listen to me here: It is ONLY faith that has been "WORKED OUT" in us that will have any effect on how we acquit ourselves (whether honorably or dishonorably) in the "end of days." In other words, WHAT PAUL IS SAYING HERE IS THAT "KNOWING" ABOUT FAITH IS NOT THE SAME THING AS HAVING FAITH "WORKED OUT" IN OUR LIVES AS A LIVING EXPERIENCE. James says:

"What doth it profit, my brethren, though a man say he hath faith, and have not works? can faith save him (from the "trials" that confront him)?" (James 2:14)

James continues:

"Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.

"Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: show me thy faith without thy works, and I will show thee my faith by my works. (James 2:18)

And James goes on to somberly (and very ominously) warn us:

"Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils (i.e., demons) also believe, and tremble. (James 2:19) [Please see Chapter 9 of the Antipas Papers with regard to the supernatural beings of the Bible.]

Plainly, what James is doing here is differentiating between the kind of faith that exists merely as a SEED deposited in the heart of a believer at the New Birth, and faith that has been diligently developed out of that seed into a fruit-bearing plant capable of sustaining in the believer an active life of faith. (cf. Luke 13:6-9) James elaborates:

"Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar?

"Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and by works was faith made perfect?

"And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God.

"Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only.

"Likewise also was not Rahab the harlot justified by works, when she had received the messengers, and had sent them out another way?

"For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead also." (James 2:21-26)

So James concludes:

"... faith without works is dead?" (James 2:14)

In other words, faith that has not developed beyond its initial condition as a SEED in the believer's heart is useless insofar as the exigencies of life are concerned. As believers, we need faith that can produce FRUIT - and, again, that kind of faith is NOT developed overnight and not without much diligence. To this end, Paul tells us that we must -

"... strive for masteries ..." (2 Tim. 2:5)

And we must -

"... endure HARDNESS, as a good soldier of Jesus Christ." (2 Tim. 2:3)

PRISON IS A HORRIBLE PLACE

All this to say, Beware of those who make silly statements to the effect that they are not frightened at the prospect of going to prison for their faith. If your faith has been worked out in you in the same fashion that it was worked out in those Jesus was addressing in Matthew chapter 10, well and good. But if not, then God help you!

Believe me when I tell you, dear brothers and sisters in the Lord, before YOU make such a statement (i.e., that you are not afraid of going to prison for your faith), you need to examine your motives carefully about why you are making it (for example, is it because you really don't believe that you are in danger of going to prison for your faith), and - in addition - you need to understand fully just how horrible a place prison is, and that is especially true when talking about American prisons where the horrible and humiliating prospect of RAPE is purposefully and methodically used as a means of coercion and control.

Pretty horrible, but it is the truth; take, for example, what Joanne Mariner of Human Rights Watch discovered in her study of male rape in American prisons, a study she entitled, "No Escape: Male Rape in U.S. Prisons." One particular prisoner ("A.H." from Indiana) recounted his experience of rape to her; he reported:

"I'd been sentenced for a D.U.I. offense. My 3rd one. When I first came to prison, I had no idea what to expect. [Now I know: RAPE.] I have been raped by up to seven men at a time. I've had knifes at my head and throat. I had fought and been beat so hard that I didn't ever think I'd see straight again.

"One time when I refused to enter a cell (with a prisoner who was a known rapist), I was brutally attacked by staff and taken to segregation though I had only wanted to prevent the same and worse by not being locked up with my new 'cell mate'. There is no supervision after lockdown.

"I was given a conduct report. I explained to the hearing officer what the issue was. He told me that off the record, he suggests I find a man I would/could willingly have sex with to prevent these things from happening. I've requested protective custody only to be denied. It is not available here. He also said there was no where to run to, and it would be best for me to accept things ...

"I have AIDS now. I have great difficulty raising food to my mouth from shaking after nightmares or thinking too hard on all this ... I've laid down without physical fight to be sodomized. To prevent so much damage in struggles, ripping and tearing. Though in not fighting, it causes my heart and spirit to be raped as well. Something I don't know if I'll ever forgive myself for."

RAPE IS A DELIBERATE POLICY OF
INTIMIDATION IN TODAY'S PRISONS

And one should understand something here, rape is not a "happenchance" or "coincidental" affair in American prisons; it is a deliberate practice used by jailers to break down the will of their prisoners - especially the country's "political prisoners." [And for those of you who think that the U.S. doesn't have political prisoners "hidden away" in the bowels of its wretched torso, we URGE you to read our articles, "The Watchers Are Watching You" and "The Utility of Police Brutality in the Elite's War Against the Poor."]

Take another example of how rape in prison is used to cower people considered inimical to the elite establishment in this country; the case of "E.D.," a 120-pound, 23-year-old prisoner at California's SuperMax facility at Pelican Bay. The Ramparts Division of the Los Angeles Police Department had tagged "E.D." as a potential, very troublesome "leader" of the black community in South-Central L.A., and they wanted him off the streets, so they arrested him on "trumped up" charges and shipped him off to Pelican Bay. After arriving at the prison, "E.D." was "celled up" with Wayne Robertson, a giant of a man known throughout the prison as the "Booty Bandit." Robertson beat and raped prisoners as a "service" for prison authorities. Robertson said he got extra food and tennis shoes in payment. Roscoe Pondexter, a former guard at Pelican Bay, told the Los Angeles Times that using Robertson -

"... was just one of the tools ... that we used to break prisoners."

The first night, just after "E.D." had been placed in Robertson's cell and the lights had been turned off, Robertson grabbed "E.D." and stripped him naked. They struggled; "E.D." pounded on the cell door, but no one came. Eventually, Robertson overpowered and raped him. Guards walked by two hours later, but just laughed at him. Over the next two days, "E.D." was raped again, and again, and again by Robertson - till he was covered by rectal blood and feces. Still, no guard came to his aid.

"E.D." finally got the picture! - and from that time on, whatever the prison staff wanted from him, he gave; whatever they wanted him to say, he said; whoever they wanted him to "rat-out" in the "outside world," he rated-out. There was no "manhood" left in him, no dignity, no humanity, no honor! He was nothing more than a slinking, broken, cowering caged animal, and he did what his tormentors wanted him to do.

Now I ask you in the light of all this, Can your faith handle this kind of abuse? - and please don't say that God would never let it happen to you. The fact is, Christians up through the years have had to suffer even worse things than this - especially those Christians who - for whatever reason - were deemed "turncoats" or "traitors" to their faith, which is EXACTLY how you will be viewed by today's Christian establishment and their allies in the American New World Order System.

BEATINGS

And it's not "just" the humiliation of rape; take the beatings! - for example, the beatings that prisoners routinely receive when they arrive at California's Corcoran State Prison, another one of California's SuperMax prisons. When the prisoners arrive (usually after a 14 hour ride chained to a seat on the prison bus (during which most of them pee and defecate in their pants) they're greeted by SuperMax guards standing in full riot gear. As described by a prisoner (and reported in the Los Angeles Times),

"They (i.e., the guards) ran through marching drills before taking us off the bus. One by one, they grabbed us and tossed us from the bus. The guards screamed, 'Don't look at us! Look straight up at the sun! We'll KILL you if you look at us! This is Corcoran SHU (Special Housing Unit)'!

"The guards separated and surrounded us. One jerked my head back, another leaned menacingly toward me, and another screamed into my face showering me with his spittle ... I was hoping to make it to a cell alive, so when they peppered my kidneys and solar plexus with blows, I struggled to keep looking up (at the sun).

"It was dark before I got to a cell. I spent a few hours standing naked in a telephone booth-size holding cage, hands cuffed behind my back. The cells were concrete, save for the stainless steel toilet/sink combination. There was no mirror, locker, or electrical outlet. Two concrete slabs for bunks lay side-by-side. No more than 18 inches separated them. Crude spaces carved out of the side of the concrete bunks served as shelves.

"Corcoran was a place of extremes. It was either extremely hot, extremely cold, or extremely wet. When the cold came, a thin layer of ice formed on the cell floors, and the toilet water froze."

LIKE ABU GHRAIB

Obviously, these are not the kind of facilities depicted in the movies (even movies like Shawshank Redemption) - facilities which most prisoners in today's SuperMax prisons would think "they'd died and gone to heaven" if they were housed in.

The very real fact of the matter is, American prisons today are very much like the infamous Abu Ghraib prison in Baghdad - and that's no accident! Indeed, in a January interview with Lane McCotter, who was appointed by the Pentagon to administer Abu Ghraib Prison, McCotter recalled that of all the prisons in Iraq, Abu Ghraib -

"... is the only place we agreed as a team was truly closest to an American prison."

All this to say nothing about the abuses that are currently taking place in prisons not strictly under the control of American authorities (but used by Americans to hold and torture prisoners while giving American authorities "plausible deniability") - for example, in the whole archipelago of secret American prisons that exist outside the United States in places like Jordan, Egypt, Thailand, the Philippines, Honduras, Guatemala, etc. where torture of the worst kind is practiced.

THESE ARE PLACES WHERE - UNBEKNOWNST TO MOST AMERICANS - THE U.S. "DISAPPEARS" THE WORST OF ITS POLITICAL PRISONERS, consigning them to a HELL worse than death (more about this in upcoming articles). DON'T BE CAVALIER ABOUT PRISON

And so I somberly warn you, be very careful of those who would cavalierly tell you that "everything will work out in the end," and who would comfort you with the belief that people will - willy-nilly - "rise to the occasion" when their faith is at last put on the test. What they are most likely doing is trying to cover up their own shameful and craven cowardice and their resultant failure to react MEANINGFULLY to the Prophetic Scriptures.

Now, in saying all this, I am not telling you that you must leave the United States immediately in obedience to Revelation 18:4, though, I must say, the sooner the better. [Please see our article, "The Aliya Foundation" for an exposition of Revelation 18:4; please also see our article, "The Good News of the Coming Kingdom."]

God knows that we in Antipas still need "good people" to staff our Aliya Groups in order to prepare others for emigration, to offer their homes as "way stations" for our "underground railroad," to offer "hospitality" as "Aquillas and Pricillas" to our "Traveling Teams" as they go forth into the "Streets of that Great City" as a testimony against it (and we hope to soon be sending many such teams back into the United States to testify against the apostate church in America and against the unholy alliance it has made with "Babylon the Great"); and, finally - heaven knows - we need people as sources of income for what we are doing in Canada and the rest of the world. BE CAREFUL! BE VERY CAREFUL!

But what I am saying is this: If you decide to stay in the United States - despite the warning of Revelation 18:4 (again, we URGE you to see our articles, "The Aliya Foundation" and "I Am Amazed") - you had better be sure that it is God who told you to do so: You need to be sure that you are NOT taking what you think is the easy way out; specifically, that you are not staying because you refuse to take seriously the Prophetic Scriptures, or that you don't have the courage to stand up to your loved ones who don't want to go. [And I must tell you here, your failure to ACTIVELY involve yourself with an Aliya group will pretty much give the "lie" to your "posturing."]

YOU NEED TO TAKE PROPHECY SERIOUSLY

And so, dear brothers and sisters in the Lord, I repeat what I have said to you over and over again: YOU need to take prophecy seriously. That's what the Bible says! The Scriptures warn us that we should not bury our heads in the sand and think that everything will be okay. The Bible says that you should not allow such things to -

"... overtake you as a thief. Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness. Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober." (I Thess. 5:4-6)
