DEALING WITH THE HUMAN TRASH OF
AMERICA'S NEW WORLD ORDER SYSTEM

INTRODUCTION

For the past thirty years, the U.S. has been reorganizing Latin America so that it can better service the needs of America's multinational corporations for cheap labor and cheap natural resources. This effort entails "building democracy" for the richest 10 to 20 percent of the population - essentially, the "managers" that the U.S. elites have put in charge of their various client-states there - while excluding the other 80 to 90 percent - the poor who service the "cheap labor" requirements of the system, or who have been cast aside by the system as "HUMAN TRASH." The system approximates the arrangement that Southern whites used against blacks after Reconstruction: democracy and lives of wealthy extravagance for whites; something much less for blacks. It's a world of illusion for the rich 10 to 20 percent of the population - a Potemkin world of make-believe and fantasy where the rich live in enclaves of affluence and safety, and the poor live outside in a world of abject poverty and hopelessness. The poor are kept "off balance" and unable to organize themselves through the ruthless use of death squads which aim at killing off all their leaders as well as their families and loved ones (even their children and tiny babies) as a warning to other adults as to what will happen to them and their families if they even think of rebelling against the system. It is a ruthless and barbarous two-tiered system where those who successfully link themselves to the American New World Order System are amply rewarded, and those who fail to do so are DEMONIZED as communists, socialists and thugs - people who, according to the elites, deserve to be hunted down and slaughtered like brute beasts and animals. CLEANING THE WORLD OF ITS HUMAN TRASH

And now this system of HORROR is being aimed not only at so-called "revolutionaries," but at the system's "HUMAN TRASH." And why is that? Because the rich don't like the poor cluttering up their make-believe world; they don't like the way the system's "HUMAN TRASH" encroaches on their enclaves and wrecks their illusion of prosperity. It makes the rich uncomfortable when they go "downtown" on shopping sprees in Lima, or Rio de Janeiro, or wherever to see little boys in bare feet with matted hair huddled in doorways sniffing glue (which is a street kid's only escape from the horror that surrounds him), or a teen-age prostitute using her body as the only means to keep "body and soul" together, or street dwellers scavenging through garbage, or groups of fire-eaters attempting to entertain drivers at traffic lights, or homeless street vendors hustling cigarettes to passers-by.

Anastasia MoLoney reports:

"These people make up the everyday urban landscape of Latin America's major cities. They represent the marginalized 'undesirable' groups of society. In Colombia, they are clinically referred to as los desechables (the disposable ones), like an object that can be thrown away after use. In Honduras, they are known simply as los miserables. (the miserable ones)."

These are the people the elites in America's New World Order System want to sweep up like garbage and throw away - and this effort is well under way in Latin America. MoLoney writes:

"Sporadic and isolated cases of social cleansing first appeared in Latin America in the early 1980s. In the course of that decade, this phenomenon developed into a systematic and well-organized method of eradicating marginalized groups ... In Colombia there existed some 40 known social cleansing groups [paid and supported by the rich] operating under such names as Terminator, Kankil [i.e., "Can-Kill") , and Toxicol-90 (the last inspired by a brand of domestic pesticide). The death squads comprising former or off-duty police officers were [first] formed in Argentina and Brazil."

A WAR AGAINST CRIME IS THE SAME
THING AS A WAR AGAINST THE POOR

As in the United States, the reason given for the violence against Latin America's "HUMAN TRASH" is that this element (i.e., the los desechables and the los miserables) is responsible for most of the area's crime. THE THINKING GOES SOMETHING LIKE THIS: POVERTY = CRIME; HENCE, THE POOR = CRIME; THEREFORE, A WAR ON CRIME = A WAR ON THE POOR. MoLoney writes:

"Across Latin America, the political agenda and dinner debates among the elites and middle-classes are dominated by how to combat rising crime and by anxiety about personal safety. The evening news is filled with violent, bloody stories which fuel the idea that crime is out of control. In this climate, social cleansing groups flourish. The perception that the state, the justice system, and the police are incapable of stemming soaring crime means more work for [privatized] death squads. [The rich] ... and [various] entrepreneurs actually sponsor social cleansing campaigns.

"In Brazil, death squad members are often the military police, who for a price deal with the 'problem' in a quick and efficient way. One police inspector, alias 'Robocop', is known to head a Rambo-style death squad whose mission is to shoot on sight any burglar in Brazil's northern state of Para. [And a burglar is defined as any kid loitering in the street or huddled in a doorway.]

"The same pattern is repeated farther south in Argentina. A 50-minute ride away from the elegant tree-lined boulevards of central Buenos Aires, the working-class neighborhood of Don Toruato has been the scene of well-documented murders of suspected delinquents carried out by the Don Toruato Death Squad. Since 2000, this death squad, led by off-duty police sergeants, has sold security to the neighboring middle classes that has involved 'cleansing' the area of undesirables in exchange for a monthly salary. These 'undesirables' are often targeted because they are considered 'bad for business'. Local businesses ... feel street dwellers ... devalue an area and put off potential customers."

And we're talking about little children here - some under five years of age, male and female.

According to the rich, all those targeted are members of street gangs; but the idea that there is a correlation between an increase in crime and gang membership is a fallacy. The fact is, as human rights groups emphasize, while gang warfare certainly exists, two-thirds of all the children who are victims of social cleansing campaigns do not belong to gangs and have no criminal background. Their only crime is being poor and homeless, and intruding their rag-tag presence on the make-believe world of Latin America's rich and it's middle classes - i.e., those who have successfully tied themselves to the American New World Order System.

CHRISTIAN COMPLICITY

In recent years, other groups have been attacked as well: gays and lesbians, transvestites, militant feminists, and social (as opposed to political) liberals of every kind. And the reason? - because almost all the elites in Latin America have allied themselves to the "New Christianity" of the American New World Order System - Catholics and non-Catholics alike, and these groups - all of them - are particularly anathema to both conservative Catholics and evangelicals. MoLoney writes:

"These self-declared guardians of morality have set themselves the task of stamping out any socially deviant behavior that 'blemishes' society. During the last few years, human rights organizations documented an increase in 'social cleansing' attacks against homosexuals in Ecuador and transvestites in Guatemala, perpetrated mainly by the police. The Ecuadorian based Quito Gay, an organization that defends the rights of gays, bisexuals and transvestites (LGBT), received calls from a homophobic group called Clean Total 7 [meaning the seven deadly sins]. The calls threatened a social cleansing campaign against LGBTs whom they refer to as 'human garbage'.

"The practice of targeting people of a different sexual orientation is perhaps most similar to persecuting people for their ideological [and theological] beliefs - victims who are unprepared to subscribe to the dominant ideology [and theology]. In Latin America, persecuting 'undesirables' was a common tool of government control and state political repression used to uphold the U.S.-backed dictatorships of the 1960s and 1970s. [For example, the military juntas that overthrew the socialist-leaning Goulert government in Brazil and the Allende government in Chile; coup de'etats supported by conservative Christians in the United States - bloody, merciless coups that Beverley LaHaye of Concerned Women of America has referred to as 'miracles of God'.] Authoritarian regimes developed 'national security doctrines' that involved the military protecting the state against internal ideological [and theological] enemies." Obviously, then, almost from the very beginning, the conservative Christian community - Catholics and evangelicals alike - have involved themselves in violent activity against those they have deemed their enemies, in direct contravention to Christ's words

"Ye have heard that it hath been said, An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth:

"But I say unto you, That ye resist not evil: but whosoever shall smite thee on thy right cheek, turn to him the other also.

"And if any man will sue thee at the law, and take away thy coat, let him have thy cloak also.

"And whosoever shall compel thee to go a mile, go with him twain.

"Give to him that asketh thee, and from him that would borrow of thee turn not thou away.

"Ye have heard that it hath been said, Thou shalt love thy neighbour, and hate thine enemy.

"But I say unto you, LOVE YOUR ENEMIES, BLESS THEM THAT CURSE YOU, DO GOOD TO THEM THAT HATE YOU, AND PRAY FOR THEM WHICH DESPITEFULLY USE YOU AND PERSECUTE YOU;

"That ye may be the children of your Father which is in heaven: for he maketh his sun to rise on the evil and on the good, and sendeth rain on the just and on the unjust." (Matt. 5:38-45)

THE KIND OF THINKING THAT UNDERGIRDS
TREATING THE POOR AS HUMAN TRASH

In an article I wrote several years ago entitled "Making Men Cogs in a Machine," I detailed the kind of "Christian" thinking (so-called) that justifies this kind of LOATHING for the poor - a loathing that now permeates the whole of America's "New Christianity," and not only in the American homeland, but among the lackey-elite's in America's client-states. The article dealt with the Bush administration's attempt to reorganize the nation's bankruptcy laws - BUT THIS IS EXACTLY THE KIND OF THINKING THAT THE ELITES IN LATIN AMERICA, ELITES THAT THE AMERICANS HAVE PUT IN PLACE, ARE USING TO "SOCIALLY CLEANSE" THEIR SOCIETIES - THEY'VE JUST TAKEN THIS KIND OF THINKING TO ITS "LOGICAL END." While the quote below deals with the thinking that went into Bush's policy of prohibiting the poor access to the relief afforded them by the nation's bankruptcy laws, consider the ease with which this kind of thinking could be "modified" in order to justify a campaign of "social cleansing" carried out against the poor in the United States not only by the agencies of government, but by private "security groups." It's already happening in Latin America right under the noses of the American elites. How long do you suppose it would take for these practices to be imported into the United States, practices which the U.S. already approves of in Latin America? [And it's not as if such private security groups have not been employed by the elites in the past: the history of the "Pinkertons" (now Brinks) is replete with murder and slaughter against the poor at the behest of the rich.]

I wrote:

"Bush claims to be a Christian - and not only that, he claims that it is precisely his Christianity that has propelled him into politics. Bush explains:

'I could not be governor (i.e., be in politics) if I did not believe in a divine plan that supersedes all human plans ... I build my life on a foundation that will not shift. My faith frees me. Frees me to put the problem of the moment in proper perspective. FREES ME TO MAKE DECISIONS THAT OTHERS MIGHT NOT LIKE ...'

"One of these 'decisions' that people 'might not like' (but one that Bush and his business cohorts and banker friends feel is the 'RESPONSIBLE' thing to do) is a measure aimed at modifying the bankruptcy laws. Bush justifies the change with rhetoric straight out of the lexicon of the Religious Right, the kind that vilifies the poor as irresponsible failures whose indolence and inertia are responsible for their destitution, and treats bankers and creditors as paragons of virtue whose wealth is proof positive of their moral superiority. Bush says:

'During the more than half century of my life, we have seen an unprecedented decay in our American culture, a decay that has eroded the foundations of our collective values and moral standards of conduct. Our sense of PERSONAL responsibility has declined dramatically, just as the role and responsibility of the federal government have increased. The changing culture BLURRED THE SHARP CONTRAST BETWEEN RIGHT AND WRONG and created a new standard of conduct: 'If it feels good, do it.' and 'If you've got a problem, blame somebody else'. 'Individuals are not responsible for their actions', the new culture has said. 'We are all victims of forces beyond our control'.

'We have gone from a culture of sacrifice and saving to a culture obsessed with grabbing all the gusto. We went from accepting responsibility to assigning blame. As government did more and more, individuals were required to do less and less.

The new culture said: if people were poor, the government should feed them. If someone had no house, the government should provide one. If criminals are not responsible for their acts, then the answers are not prisons, but social programs ...'"

FINANCIAL FAILURE = MORAL FAILURE

I continued:

"Now stop for a moment and take notice of what's being said here. Note the clever way Bush intermingles MORAL failure and words that connote unethical lifestyles (i.e., 'crime', 'prisons', 'blame', etc.) with FINANCIAL failure (i.e., phrases like, '... the new culture said: if people are poor, the government should feed them. If someone has no house, the government should provide one', etc.) as if the two were one and the same thing; as if financial failure (i.e., poverty) equals MORAL failure.

"THIS IS NO ACCIDENT! It is a shrewdly designed stratagem that has been used over the years again and again by the rich to inculcate into the minds of average people the thought that failure (which the rich presume is tantamount to financial failure) results from a MORAL breakdown; and that FINANCIAL success results from MORAL integrity.

"HOW CONVENIENT FOR THE RICH! - and it goes a long way in justifying the harsh changes in the bankruptcy laws that Bush has proposed, changes that have the potential of REDUCING A GREAT PORTION OF OUR POPULATION TO A CONDITION APPROACHING 'INDENTURED SERVITUDE' TO COMPANIES LIKE VISA, MASTER CARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, AND BANKS LIKE WELLS FARGO, BANK OF AMERICA, CITICORP, CHASE, etc.'."

So, what we have here is a kind of social equation that equates poverty with moral failure. The poor have only themselves to blame for their poverty. The poor are poor because they deserve to be poor. They have become human trash because that's exactly what they are: HUMAN TRASH. And what does one do with trash? - you sweep it up and throw it away!

WHAT THE BIBLE SAYS

There is, of course, no basis in the Scripture for such ideas (i.e., that those who are successful financially are ipso facto men of high integrity), though, no doubt, many people (especially Christians) probably think that there is. Nonetheless, the fact is, the New Testament does not hold the rich in any kind of esteem or respect; quite the opposite! - it scathingly condemns them in terms which can only be described as brusque and severe; for example,

"Woe unto you that are rich! for ye have received your consolation." (Luke 6:24)

and -

"... a rich man shall hardly enter into the kingdom of heaven.

"... It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God." (Matt. 19:23-24)

Not only that, but what's even more frightening, the Bible says that the pursuit of wealth - if unchecked - will actually drive men into DESTRUCTION and PERDITION -

"For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out.

"And having food and raiment let us be therewith content.

"But they that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in destruction and perdition. (1 Tim. 6:7-9)

And one should remember here that the above verse (i.e., I Tim. 6:7-9) is directed at a Christian audience; in other words, it's not just unbelievers that wealth has the potential of ruining, but it also has the very real possibility of destroying Christians as well.

BECOMING A MONSTER IN THE SERVICE OF
THE AMERICAN NEW WORLD ORDER SYSTEM

Listen to me here, dear brothers and sisters in the Lord: I know that many of you think that we are being "too much" to imply that a policy of "social cleansing" similar to the ones that already exist in America's client-states in Latin America would be tolerated in the United States. But our tolerance for evil has a way of increasing; what we would have found unacceptable in the past, becomes acceptable as time passes and pressures increase. The appearance of death squads did not occur overnight in Latin America; they appeared first in the elites' war against their leftist political opponents when, in the words of one Argentine business leader, his wife told him,

"There's no way out except to kill these MONSTERS: we've got to kill them all!"

There is a dynamic at work here - a dynamic that turns one's political enemies into MONSTERS who deserve to be killed; and once this dynamic is set in motion, there's no end to the HORROR it can create, or the length to which this HORROR can be extended.

In Latin America, this dynamic, which was first set in motion against the elites' left-wing political opponents, has now been expanded by the elite as a war against the poor - the 80 to 90 percent of the population who have been excluded from the benefits of America's New World Order System and whose very poverty stands in silent witness against the elites' claim to be "followers of Christ" - exposing them as nothing more than grasping financial megalomaniacs who care only for themselves; anti-Christians (so to speak) about whom the Bible says:

"Go to now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.

"Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are motheaten.

"Your gold and silver is cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together FOR THE LAST DAYS.

"Behold, the ... [wage] of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: AND THE CRIES ... [OF THE LABORERS] ... ARE ENTERED INTO THE EARS OF THE LORD OF SABAOTH.

"Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.

"Ye have condemned and killed the just; and he doth not resist you." (James 5:1-6)

This dynamic is now at work in the United States; a dynamic that turns one's enemies into MONSTERS fit only to be killed. It expresses itself in innumerable ways: in the excesses of the so-called "Patriot Act; in the way America's enemies are being treated at Abu Graib Prison and at Guantanomo Bay; in the elites' war against the poor in the United States; etc.

BECOMING A GARBAGE MAN
IN THE SERVICE OF AMERICA

But its worst effect is on those who are wielding this power. The people who are really being turned into MONSTERS are those who are working in behalf of the American New World Order System: Take, for example, what this dynamic has wrought among the so-called Christian warriors of America's New World Order System as related by Aiden Delgado of the 320th Military Police Company which had been put in charge of a large number of prisoners in Iraq. The members of the 320th MP Company were "every-day Joes" - members of the National Guard ("weekend warriors") - who were transformed as a result of their "work" into MONSTERS not unlike those who guarded Jewish prisoners at Auschwitz the kind who would think nothing of someday becoming "sanitary engineers" (garbage men) in America's war against its own poor. Delgado says:

"The worst incident I was privy to was in late November. The prisoners were protesting nightly because of their living conditions. They protested the cold, the lack of clothing, the rotting food that was causing dysentery. And they wanted cigarettes. They tore up pieces of clothing and made banners and signs. One demonstration became intense and got unruly. The prisoners picked up stones and pieces of wood and threw them at the guards. One of my buddies got hit in the face. He got a bloody nose, but he wasn't really hurt.

"The guards asked permission to use lethal force. They got it. They opened fire with machine guns. They shot 12 and killed 3. I know because I talked to the guy who did the killing. He showed me these grisly photos and he bragged about the results. 'Oh', he said, 'I shot this guy in the face. See, his head is split open'. He talked like the Terminator. 'I shot this guy in the groin; he took 3 days to bleed to death' I was shocked. This was the nicest guy you would ever want to meet. HE WAS A FAMILY MAN, A REALLY COURTEOUS GUY, A DEVOUT CHRISTIAN'.

"I was stunned and I said to him, 'You shot an unarmed man behind barbed wire for throwing a stone'? He said, 'Well, I KNELT DOWN, I SAID A PRAYER, STOOD UP AND GUNNED THEM ALL DOWN'! There was a complete disconnect between what he had done and his own morality."

These are the kind of people who will someday make "good garbage men" when the elites decide it's necessary to sweep the country clean of the poor - those who have been discarded as unnecessary to the efficient running of America's New World Order System; HUMAN TRASH that needs to be discarded in the dump - ALL IN THE NAME OF CHRIST.
