PROMOTING CHAOS IN THE
INTEREST OF THE AMERICAN
NEW WORLD ORDER SYSTEM

INTRODUCTION

In one of the most frightening passages of Scripture, the Bible speaks of the CHAOS of the "end of days;" specifically, the Concordant Literal Translation of the New Testament reads:

"… And I perceived a star fallen into earth. And to him [i.e., the star - meaning a fallen angel (please see Part 5 of Chapter IX of the NEW ANTIPAS PAPERS)] was given the key of the well of SUBMERGED CHAOS. And he opened the well of the submerged chaos, and fumes ascended out of the well as the smoke of a large furnace … and the air was darkened by the fumes of the well … In those days men will be seeking death, AND UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL BE FINDING IT. And they will be yearning to die, and death is fleeing from them … They have a king over them - the angel of the SUBMERGED CHAOS. His Hebrew name is Abaddon, and in Greek he has the name Apollyon (i.e., Apollos)." (Revelation 9:1-11)

NOTE: Apollyon (Apollos - Rev. 9:11) in Greek mythology was the god of the heavens [the sun]. This is the same "star" that Revelation 8:9-11 refers to as "WORMWOOD:"

"... and a great star fell from heaven burning like a torch ... and the name of the star is called WORMWOOD ..." (Rev. 8:9-10)."

It is also that great personage referred to in Revelation 12:9 as "... the great dragon ... that serpent of old called the Devil and Satan:"

"And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent called the Devil and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth ... And to him, was given the keys of the bottomless pit, and he was given permission by God to free the hosts of hell [the demons or disembodied beings]." [Please see "The Mystery of the Seven Trumpets" in Chapter IX of the New Antipas Papers.]

SUBMERGED CHAOS

"Submerged chaos" - that's a striking phrase; the noun "chaos" speaks of pandemonium; disorder; anarchy. The adjective describing this chaos speaks of one being totally engulfed by this pandemonium, this disorder, this anarchy. And the Bible goes on to say that the anarchy that will engulf the world will be such that people will "be yearning to die, but death will flee from them."

Now stop for a moment and think about what is being said here. According to the Bible, CHAOS is the creation of the devil. And more than that, it is linked to a deadly poison - because that's exactly what "wormwood" is: a lethal poison; a poison that kills. It kills one's body and consigns one's soul to hell because it is from hell that Chaos emerges, and it is to hell that Chaos takes his victims. Whosoever serves Chaos, then, serves hell.

From this we can catch a glimpse of that ghastly figure - that terrible specter - that is pulling the strings of U.S. foreign policy, because CHAOS IS EXACTLY WHAT THE U.S. IS UNLEASHING ON THE WORLD TODAY, making the United States the servant of hell; specifically, the minion of that "old serpent called the Devil and Satan." (Rev. 12:9)

YOU DOUBT?

You doubt? You say that we're being too much? That we are making connections that reach beyond the facts? You're wrong! You're DEAD WRONG! The connections are there for anyone to make who wants to make them. For example, take what Jonathan Cook wrote recently in an article entitled "COVETING CHAOS IN THE MIDDLE EAST;" speaking concerning U.S. policy in the Middle East, Cook wrote:

"The era of the Middle East strongman, propped up by the U.S. and enforcing western policy, appears truly well and over. HIS POWER IS BEING REPLACED BY … [THE RULE OF CHAOS], APPARENTLY NOW THE AMERICAN ADMINISTRATION'S FAVORED MODEL ACROSS THE REGION.

"Fratricidal fighting is threatening to engulf, or is already engulfing the Palestinian territories, Lebanon, and Iraq; and Syria and Iran could soon be next. The reverberations would likely consume the region.

"Western politicians like to portray civil war as a consequence of the West's failure to intervene more effectively in the Middle East. Were we more engaged in the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, or more aggressive in opposing Syrian manipulations in Lebanon, or more hands-on in Iraq, the sectarian fighting could be prevented. The implication being, of course, that without the West's benevolent guidance, Arab societies are incapable of dragging themselves out of their primal state of barbarity.

"BUT IN FACT, EACH OF THESE BREAKDOWNS OF SOCIAL ORDER APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN ENGINEERED BY … THE U.S."

DIVIDE AND CONQUER

Cook continues:

"The obvious question is why the U.S. would want civil war [i.e., chaos] raging across the Middle East, apparently threatening strategic interests like oil supplies and the security of a key regional ally such as Israel …

"The reasoning behind this is that a chaotic and feuding Middle East … appears to be greatly desired by the US … as a way of breaking down … resistance [to the dictates of the American New World Order System]. [The US elites] believe that the whole of the Middle East can be run successfully [in this manner] … where religious and secular divisions have been [purposefully] accentuated [by the US]."

CHAOS: A FOREIGN POLICY OBJECTIVE PURSUED BY
BOTH THE DEMOCRATIC AND REPUBLICAN PARTIES

Moreover, one should be very clear here: CHAOS as a U.S. foreign policy is not simply a Republican tactic; it is a tactic that the Democrats pursued with great "purpose aforethought" in the former Yugoslavia during the Clinton Administration. THAT'S IMPORTANT TO KEEP IN MIND BECAUSE IT REVEALS WHO IS BEHIND THIS OBSCENE POLICY: SPECIFICALLY, THE BUSINESS ELITES WHO CONTROL THE "ESTABLISHMENT" (OR SO-CALLED "MODERATE") WINGS OF BOTH THE DEMOCRATIC AND REPUBLICAN PARTIES - the people we referred to in out last article, "Buy Oil for Your Lamps While There Is Still Time," as REPUBLOCRATS.

NOTE: These are the same people who are funding both sides of the current immigration debate in the United States; the purpose here is to divide "common people" against one another while they (i.e., the elites) pick their pockets; the same people whose money can be found funding both sides of the debate over abortion, prayer in the school, the anti and pro factions behind the so-called "gay and lesbian agenda," etc. - while in the midst of the CHAOS and confusion they have generated, they ship the jobs of average workers in the United States overseas to "slave-labor" sweatshops and reap the difference in pay for themselves.

THE RATIONALE BEHIND THE POLICY

To be sure, it can be said that the Bush Administration has taken the policy of CHAOS first developed by the Democrats in Yugoslavia to lengths never dreamed of by Clinton and his cohorts; but the truth of the matter is, CHAOS as a fundamental U.S. foreign policy goal was first developed and implemented as a coherent strategy by the Clinton Administration in the 1990s in the former Yugoslavia.

The policy of CHAOS, as it was pursued in the Balkans, was arranged around two objectives:

1. It was specifically designed to "carry water" for U.S. business elites and their toady counterparts in Europe who lusted after the rich resources of the former Yugoslavia.

2. And even more importantly, it was designed to prevent Milosevic from transitioning the very successful socialist economy of the former Yugoslavia into the "New Europe" dominated by the cruel and pitiless capitalism being pushed by the American New World Order System - a ruthless form of capitalism which has today left countless numbers of "ordinary people" in the former socialist nations of Eastern Europe much worse off economically than they were prior to the collapse of the Soviet Empire, a fact that rarely sees the light of day in today's mainstream press on both continents.

INTRODUCING ETHNIC FURIES INTO YUGOSLAVIA
AS A WAY TO PRODUCE CHAOS IN THE COUNTRY

The facade around which this policy was fashioned was the myth that Yugoslavia was dominated by religious and ethnic "furies" that on their own were responsible for the collapse of the country - which is precisely the excuse the U.S. foreign policy elite uses to excuse the CHAOS it and its European puppets have created in Africa (i.e., that Africa has been rendered ungovernable because it is dominated by its own brand of ethnic "furies"). But one should ask himself, how is it that these "furies" had not surfaced in Yugoslavia during its almost fifty years of socialist rule - and it simply is not enough to say that these "furies" were contained by the so-called "police-state" tactics of Tito and his followers. The very real fact of the matter is, multiethnic, socialist Yugoslavia under Tito and his socialist successors was a regional industrial power and economic success. Indeed, in the two decades before 1980, annual gross domestic product (GDP) growth averaged 6.1 percent, medical care was free, the literacy was 91 percent, and life expectancy was 72 years. In short, Tito's Yugoslavia was a genuine success story; THIS WAS THE YUGOSLAVIA THAT THE WORLD CELEBRATED IN THE 1984 WINTER OLYMPICS AT SARAJEVO - a place renowned for the way people of different races and religions could put aside their differences and co-exist in peace.

But that's the point: a successful socialist country in the Balkans struck fear in the hearts of the American elites and their lackey counterparts in Europe, especially in Germany. There is nothing that the elites in the American New World Order System fear more than a successful socialist state - a state that could challenge capitalism as the dominating economic system of the post Cold War period - and these elites are willing to do everything in their power to destroy such states, the success of which could challenge their closefisted, penurious control of the world's wealth. The Bible wasn't kidding around when it said:

"The love of money is the root of ALL evil." (I Tim. 6:10)

IT'S IN THE LIGHT OF THIS REALITY …

It's in the light of this reality that one must understand that the ethnic and religious divisions that surfaced in Yugoslavia in the early 1990s were "furies" that resulted directly from U.S. machinations - machinations that were aided and abetted by the introduction into Yugoslavia of "nationalists" (mainly Croatian and Catholic fascists) that had been carefully nurtured and cultivated by the CIA in "ex-pat" communities in the U.S. in the years following the Second World War.

And it wasn't just these fascist networks that the U.S. plumbed in its search for "crazies" that could stir the pot in Yugoslavia; the astonishing fact is, the U.S. went so far as to introduce Radical Islamists into Bosnia and Kosovo in pursuit of its policy to rip up the country. AND, AGAIN, ALL THIS BY THE CLINTON ADMINISTRATION "peopled" by the same foreign policy elites that now are slavishly trying to advance the "peace" candidacy of Hillary Clinton in the 2008 presidential election cycle.

All this gives the lie that the business elites are the loyal allies of the Religious Right. They are not! The fact is, they will promote anyone - Clinton, Obama, Richardson, Guillani, McCain - ANYONE who will look the other way as they pursue their own economic agenda, which is precisely what Bill Clinton did during his presidency. What do the business elites really care about abortion, homosexual rights, prayer in the schools, etc. They don't give a whit about these social and religious issues. Let the secular and religious "plebes" fight over these things. Money and the pursuit of money is what the elites care about. Again, the Bible isn't kidding around when it says:

"They that will be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and hurtful lusts, which drown men in DESTRUCTION and PERDITION." (1 Timothy 6:9)

CREATING CHAOS IN THE PURSUIT OF PROFIT

Michel Chossudovsky elaborates on what the U.S. was doing in Yugoslavia during the Clinton Administration, and the faηade of ethnic and religious "furies" behind which it pursued its rapacious and covetous purposes:

"Conventional wisdom holds that the plight of the Balkans is the outcome of an "aggressive nationalism," the inevitable result of deep-seated ethnic and religious tensions rooted in history … In the eyes of the global media, Western powers bear no responsibility for the impoverishment and destruction of a nation of 24 million people.

"As heavily-armed US and NATO troops enforce the peace in … [the Balkans], the press and politicians alike portray Western intervention in the former Yugoslavia as a noble, if agonizingly belated, response to an outbreak of ethnic massacres and human rights violations."

But, according to Chossudovsky, all this prattling about "deep-seated ethnic and religious" furies was just that: empty prattling. Chossudovsky goes on:

"Lost in the barrage of images and self-serving analyses are the economic … causes of the conflict … The strategic interests of … the U.S. in laying the groundwork for the disintegration of Yugoslavia [i.e., the production of CHAOS] go unmentioned."

As Chossudovsky explained in early 2000, ONE YEAR BEFORE THE ADVENT OF GEORGE BUSH TO THE AMERICAN PRESIDENCY:

"While Western soldiers make headlines as peace enforcers [in the former Yugoslavia], AN ARMY OF INTERNATIONAL BANKERS, LAWYERS AND CREDITORS CONTINUES ITS ECONOMIC CONQUEST OF THE BALKANS …

"As the world focuses on troop movements and cease-fires, the international financial institutions are busily collecting former Yugoslavia's external debt from its remnant states, while transforming the Balkans into a safehaven for free enterprise. With a Bosnian peace settlement holding under NATO guns, the West has unveiled a "reconstruction" program that strips that brutalized country of sovereignty to a degree not seen in Europe since the end of World War II. It consists largely of reducing … [the former Yugoslavia's] … divided territory under NATO military occupation and Western administration."

Chossudovsky then DAMNS the United States as the one nation most responsible for this turn of events:

"The pursuit of U.S. national … strategic interests is what has brought the Yugoslav economy to its knees and stirred its simmering ethnic and social conflicts."

Plainly, Chossudovsky views all the talk about ethnic and religious "furies" as the explanation for the collapse of the former Yugoslavia as nothing more than a mask behind which America has pursued its loathsome and abhorrent policy of CHAOS in the Balkans.

USING WHAT HAPPENED IN THE BALKANS AS A GUIDE IN
DISCERNING WHAT THE U.S. IS UP TO IN THE MIDDLE EAST

To be sure, we are (and should be) much more concerned with the "goings-on" in the Middle East TODAY than we are (or should be) concerned with what happened in the Balkans ten years ago. It's in the Middle East, not the Balkans, where history is being made, and where prophecy is unfolding.

But its in the Balkans - and, very specifically, in the former Yugoslavia - where we can begin to see how the U.S. has been pursuing CHAOS as a foreign policy, AND IN SO DOING, REVEALING ITSELF AS A SERVANT OF HELL RATHER THAN HOW THE RELIGIOUS RIGHT LIKES TO PORTRAY THE U.S.: AS GOD'S REDEEMER NATION.

We begin with the Balkans because - after a decade - most of the truth regarding what the U.S. was up to there has surfaced; not so insofar as the Middle East is concerned. It takes time for this to occur, and not enough time as gone by to allow the necessary amount of - to put it in the vernacular - shit to rise to the surface, although it can be said that the stench is growing ever more awful with the passage of time.

FABRICATING THE TRUTH IS A PONDEROUS PROCESS

The pursuit of CHAOS as a coherent foreign policy by the United States - a policy that callously aims at robbing the poor of the earth of their patrimony - is not something that one would want to advertise to the world, and it's precisely for this reason that the government creates facades behind which it can mask what it's up to. But the creation of these facades is a ponderous and difficult task: it involves the generation of facts out of thin air; the use of subterfuges and "dodges" that are extremely complex and elaborate; the exercise of secrecy which leads, as it were, to the right hand not knowing what the left hand is up to, which in turn renders coordination between the two hands difficult if not impossible.

Not only that, it's a tiring process; one is left exhausted as one finds himself forever trying to "plug holes" in one's story as the lies become exposed - and the sheer number of lies that inevitably go into the government's "fabrication of the truth" is such that one is practically guaranteed to see these lies pop to the surface, there to be exposed for what they really are in the light of day.

Naturally enough, over time the sheer volume of lies that inevitably rises to the surface will overwhelm those who fabricated them. This, of course, is what has been happening to the government's fabrication of the truth surrounding the assassinations of JFK, RFK, and Martin Luther King - and this is precisely what has happened regarding the government's lies insofar as its Balkan policies of ten years ago are concerned. So we begin with the Balkans with the assurance that by discovering what happened there, we can begin to understand the evil processes that are at work in the Middle East, and indeed the world. THE "PLAYERS"

One must remember that in the shadowy world in which the U.S. conducts foreign policy, things are not always what they seem to be. For example, one would have thought that the U.S. would under no circumstances embrace as allies people who were known FASCISTS or people who openly embrace the MUJAHADEEN and AL QAIDA. But such was not the case in the Balkans, though the United States did everything it could to hide this fact. Consider the "players" the U.S. secretly embraced there:

• Franjo Tudjman - a Croatian FASCIST who championed a radically conservative and very militant form of Catholicism - a kind of homicidal Catholicism not seen since the demise of the Spanish Inquisition.

• Alija Izetbegovic - a radical Islamist who openly imported (with the help of the U.S.) MUJAHADEEN and AL QAIDA fighters into Bosnia to fight the Serbs and set up a caliphate in the central Balkans - a caliphate every bit as radical as the one now being championed in Iraq by the radical Islamists there.

What? - the U.S. championed the use of Mujahadeen and al Qaida fighters against the Christians of the former Yugoslavia? YES! - that's precisely what they did. And remember here, we are speaking of the "goings-on" of the Clinton Administration, not the Bush Administration.

FRANJO TUDJMAN

T.W. Carr, an associate publisher of Defense & Foreign Affairs in London elaborates on the fascist background of Tudjman:

"Towards the end of World War II, while still a young man, Franjo Tudjman took the pragmatic option and joined the communist Partisans. He had probably realized that Germany could not win the war and that Tito and his Partisans would gain control of Yugoslavia …

"Some time after the end of World War II, Tudjman joined the communist Yugoslav Army as a regular officer and rose to the rank of Major-General during the early part of President Tito’s period in office."

Carr continues with Tudjman's story after the demise of Communism in Eastern Europe:

"[After the demise of Communism in the former Yugoslavia, and at the instigation of U.S. machinations]. … ultra right fascism began to re-surface in Croatia [one of the states in the former Yugoslavia], showing the same World War II fascist face of nationalism and the requirement that a nation state must be racially pure.

"This was the first attempt anywhere in Europe to resurrect German National Socialism following the fall of the Third Reich in 1945. Hitler created Croatia when his forces over-ran Yugoslavia in 1941, installing as Fuher, Ante Pavelic, leader of the fascist Croatian Ustashi movement. Pavelic had spent the previous 10 years in exile in Italy as head of a Croatian terrorist group, shielded by the Vatican and the Italian Fascist party.

"Mr. Tudjman was deeply involved in the … revival of fascism, allowing his national socialism ethos to come to the fore with the publication of his treatise, The Wastelands. In it he attempted to re-write major sections of the history of World War II, downplaying the Holocaust, and with it, the more than one-million Jews, Serbs and Gypsies murdered by the Croatian ultra-nationalist Ustashi, which included as members priests of the Holy Roman Church, at the Croatian Ustashi concentration camp of Jasenovac and other locations within Yugoslavia …

"In the multi-party elections held in Croatia in May 1990, Mr. Tudjman’s HDZ Party won control of the Sabor (Croatian Parliament) and Mr. Tudjman became President of Croatia when it was still part of the Yugoslav Federation."

Now one needs to be clear here: the fact that Tudjman was a FASCIST who HATED JEWS with a burning passion and insisted on the superiority of the white race did not proscribe him as an ally of the Americans, although the Americans did everything in their power to secret these facts, just as they are doing today in Iraq by secreting the background of those with whom they are working there. In the murky world the U.S. conducts its foreign policy, black is white, up is down, and left is right WHICH PRECLUDES ORDINARY AMERICANS FROM EVER FINDING OUT WHAT'S REALLY HAPPENING.

ALIJA IZETBEGOVIC

Carr continues by elaborating on the background of Izetbegovic, the second "player" the Clinton Administration promoted in its scheme to introduce CHAOS into the former Yugoslavia:

"At the same time [the U.S. was promoting Tudjman, it began promoting] Alija Izetbegovic [into the Yugoslav mix]. Izetbegovic, who had been released early from jail in 1988 (serving only six years of a 14 year sentence for pro-Islamic anti-state activities), visited Islamic fundamentalist states in the Middle East, returning to Bosnia-Herzegovina to found the SDA (Muslim Party of Democratic Action).

"His 1970 manifesto, "Islamic Declaration", advocating the spread of radical pan-Islamism-politicised Islam throughout the world, by force if necessary, was reissued in Sarajevo at this time.

"His Islamic Declaration is imbued with intolerance towards Western religion, culture and economic systems. This is also the theme projected in his book, Islam between East and West, first published in the US in 1984, and in Serbo-Croat in 1988, shortly after he was released from prison in the former Yugoslavia. IN HIS WRITINGS HE STATES THAT ISLAM CANNOT CO-EXIST WITH OTHER RELIGIONS [ESPECIALLY CHRISTIANITY] IN THE SAME NATION OTHER THAN AS A SHORT-TERM EXPEDIENCY MEASURE. IN THE LONGER TERM, AS MUSLIMS BECOME STRONG ENOUGH, THEY MUST SEIZE POWER AND FORM A TRULY ISLAMIC STATE."

And this is the man the American business elites were working with in Bosnia? What does that say about the credentials of these elites regarding their alliance with Christian evangelicals in the United States? What it says is that these business elites should not be trusted by the evangelicals.

But the evangelicals remain blind to all this. Money makes fools out of us all - and it blinds us as to whom we can trust. Carr goes on to say:

"In the multi-party elections held in Bosnia-Herzegovina on November 18, 1990 … the Muslim Democratic Action Party secured 86 seats, the Serbian Democratic Party 72, and the Croatian Democratic Union (ie: union with Croatia) Party 44 seats. As the leader of the largest political party, Mr. Izetbegovic, became the first President of Bosnia-Herzegovina, albeit for just one year, for under the new constitution of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the presidency was to revolve each year between the three parties, each of which represented one ethnic community."

But that never occurred. And why is that? Because the Muslims were doing exactly what Izetbegovic said they should do: once in power they should take total control of the state and introduce Islamic fundamentalism as the presiding ethos around which the state should henceforth be organized. And this is exactly what the Muslims in Bosnia have been doing ever since - ALL UNDER THE WATCHFUL AND APPROVING EYES OF THE AMERICAN BUSINESS AND FOREIGN POLICY ELITES.

TEARING THE COUNTRY APART

These two leaders - Franjo Tudjman and Alija Izetbegovic - emerged under American protection and, using the emotive appeal of patriotism (nationalism), history and religious heritage in their bid for political control in Bosnia and Croatia, began ripping Yugoslavia apart - AND ALL THIS DESPITE THE FACT THAT SLOBODAN MILOSEVIC, THE LAST PRESIDENT OF YUGOSLAVIA, HAD THE SUPPORT OF OVER 65.2 PERCENT OF THE POPULATION IN HIS BID TO KEEP THE NATION TOGETHER.

To be sure, after the emergence of Tudjman and Izetbegovic, Milosevic too began resorting to an appeal to Serbian nationalism - but only after he had been goaded into it by Tudjman and Izetbegovic, and only after the Muslims of Kosovo - with the approval of the United States - began clamoring for nationhood. But in doing so, Milosevic was dong nothing more than what Tudjman and Izetbegovic were doing.

Why, then, did Milosevic alone come under fire by the Americans? Plainly, it was because Milosevic was a committed socialist and remained so even after the Dayton Accords permanently divided up the former Yugoslavia and reduced Milosevic's hold on the country to Serbia alone. SOCIALISM, NOT RACISM, NOT FASCISM, NOT EVEN AL QAIDA IS WHAT STRIKES FEAR INTO THE HEARTS OF THE AMERICAN ELITES.

THE ROLE OF THE AMERICAN "MAINLINE" PRESS

In all of this, the subservient role of the American "mainline press" to the goal of the American government's effort to tear Yugoslavia apart cannot be overestimated. It proved of inestimable value, and the subservience of the press was made all the more real by the fact that a so-called "liberal" Democratic president was in power in the United States as the U.S. went about its business of reducing the former Yugoslavia to a babbling rabble of small mini states.

The American press slavishly portrayed the fighting in the former Yugoslavia as a bunch of little, ill-armed "Davids" facing a giant, well-armed, hate-filled Goliath throughout the war: inventing facts here, covering up American complicity in what was happening there, demonizing Milosevic, and granting sainthood to Tudjman and his fascist entourage, and Izetbegovic and his Mujahadeen and al Qaida followers.

Take, for example, the way the press painted what was going on during the siege of Sarajevo; specifically the way the so-called "freedom-loving" Mujahadeen "lifted" the siege of that hapless city - with the U.S. pulling the strings secretly in the background. Carr reports on these machinations, and his report appears unlike anything that the U.S. press reported on at the time. AS YOU READ CARR'S ACCOUNT, PLEASE BEAR IN MIND THAT THE U.S. IS USING THE SAME METHODOLOGIES AND LIES IN ITS WAR IN IRAQ THAT IT SO BRAZENLY USED IN YUGOSLAVIA - all of which makes it impossible to trust anything that's reported on as "truth" in the American press in this "present evil world." (Gal. 1:4) The sad fact of the matter is, the condition of today's so-called "mainline press" is exactly as George Orwell described "reality" in his book, 1984:

"WAR IS PEACE;" "SLAVERY IS FREEDOM;" and "IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH."

In other words, the exact opposite of what we are told is true, is in fact true. The "Thought Police" have grasped the levers of reality, and reality is now whatever they deem it to be. AND, AGAIN, THIS IS AS TRUE IN IRAQ TODAY UNDER PRESIDENT GEORGE BUSH AS IT WAS TRUE IN YUGOSLAVIA UNDER PRESIDENT BILL CLINTON. [Please see our article, "The Corporate State and the Mass Media."]

A SHORT GLIMPSE INTO WHAT REALLY
HAPPENED IN THE BALKANS

Carr, speaking on the ruses and ploys the U.S. was "pushing" in 1994 in order to present itself as the champion of "peace and reconciliation" (when in fact it was pursuing a policy of disintegration and CHAOS), writes:

"Peace negotiations reconvened in Geneva during the second week of February 1994 in an atmosphere charged with emotion and anti-Serb feeling as a result of the Markele market explosion, CLAIMED ERRONEOUSLY TO HAVE BEEN A SERB MORTAR SHELL, BUT WHICH WAS IN REALITY A SELF-INFLICTED MUSLIM ATROCITY DESIGNED TO ELICIT THE SUPPORT OF THE MAINLINE MEDIA IN THE WEST. [These are exactly the tactics of self-inflicted massacres that the Islamists are using to such effect in the present day war in Iraq.]

"From this point on [i.e., February 1994] it is possible to discern a much greater … covert US involvement in Bosnia … In addition to increasing the flow of arms to the Croats and the Muslims, the US went further and devised a policy to bring the Croats and the Bosnian Muslims together in a co-ordinating strategy to defeat the Bosnian Serbs and the Krajina Serbs. In March 1994, talks were held in Washington D.C. between the Bosnian Muslim and Bosnian Croat leadership, accompanied by President Tudjman of Croatia. The two sides agreed to a cease-fire and the forging of a Croat-Muslim alliance ..."

In other words, the U.S. was COVERTLY allying itself with the fascists of Croatia and the Mujahadeen of Bosnia against the Serbs who were still living in Bosnia and Croatia and who were resisting being kicked out of their homes in a fascist takeover in Krajina (where they had been living for centuries), and a Muslim takeover in the parts of Bosnia they had inhabited for an equally long period of time.

WAR IS PEACE, SLAVERY IS
FREEDOM, IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH

All of this, of course, was carefully hidden from the American public - which makes one begin to realize how little the American public really knows about what's happening in Iraq today. One must remember, in today's elite press, "WAR IS PEACE;" "SLAVERY IS FREEDOM;" and "IGNORANCE IS STRENGTH." Carr continues:

"Pressure began to be exerted by the US, using its influence in NATO and the UN Security Council … into forcing the Krajina Serbs to agree to the US position [that the Serbs must vacate … their homelands in West Slavonia and the Krajina [which Croatia claimed as its own] … When UN soldiers were killed by the Croats who had been using them as human shields … as they advanced the Krajina Serbs, the U.S. Air Force went into action. But not as one would expect to attack the Croatian force [which had been using the UN soldiers as human shields], but rather they attacked the Krajina Serbs who were being ethnically cleansed.

"In another instance, the air force hit a so-called 'Serb radar station', which a US spokesman claimed had locked onto U.S. aircraft. It turned out, however, that the ground installation hit and destroyed by US aircraft was the Serb communication centre linking the area under Croat attack around Knin with other parts of the Serb Krajina."

Again, insofar as all this was presented to the American public, black was white, left was right, and up was down. Carr goes on:

"In addition, the US created a joint Croatian and Bosnian Muslim Military Command and DISPATCHED TO CROATIA, BOSNIA, ALBANIA AND THE FORMER YUGOSLAV REPUBLIC OF MACEDONIA A NUMBER OF RECENTLY RETIRED US ARMY OFFICERS AS 'ADVISORS'. These advisors developed a coordinated military strategy to defeat the … Serb and to secure the demands of the Bosnian Muslim Government."

And one should remember here, the so-called "demands" of the Bosnian Muslim Government" called for the creation of a radical Muslim state, the introduction of Islamic Law, and the reduction of Christians and Jews to second class status in the new state.

LIES, LIES AND MORE LIES

The U.S. knew perfectly well that in dealing with the Croats, it was dealing with rabid fascists; in dealing with the Bosnians, it was dealing with al Qaida and the Mujahadeen; and in dealing with the Albanians in Kosovo and Albania, it was not only dealing with al Qaida and the Mujahadeen, but with some of the world's most notorious drug dealers. Carr plunges on regarding the truth about what really happened in the Balkans:

"The US advisors trained Croatian and Bosnian Muslim officer cadres which in turn trained their own troops … While this training was in progress, intelligence sources claim the advisors brought in US Special Forces trained as communications specialists. Their task was to provide sophisticated Communications, Command and Control and Intelligence (C3 I) links for the new, joint Croat-Muslim Military Command [which could have been more aptly labeled a Mujahadeen-Fascist Military Command], and to deploy with ground troops as forward air controllers (FACs) capable of calling in, and controlling, air strikes against targets. Though initially denied, the deployment of the US Special Forces was later admitted by a US Government spokesman who said: "These communication specialists have been sent to Bosnia to provide communication links covering the possible withdrawal of UN forces."

This, of course, was a blatant lie; but so what: lies in the service of the American New World Order System are part and parcel of what's happening all over the world - and these lies are used by both the Democrats and the Republicans in the service of America's business elites.

But it's exactly these lies that give the game away insofar as who is master of the U.S. It's certainly not God. Jesus said of such liars:

"YE ARE OF YOUR FATHER THE DEVIL, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for HE IS A LIAR, AND THE FATHER OF IT." (John 8:44)

This is no small thing, and one is making a big mistake to minimize it. Carr continues:

"In addition to the US Special Forces units, an ever increasing number of mujahedin began to arrive in the region. MANY OF THE MUJAHEDIN WERE SEASONED AFGHAN FIGHTERS ACCOMPANIED BY ISLAMIST RELIGIOUS POLICE TO BEGIN THE RADICAL ISLAMIZATION OF BOSNIA."

ONE IS LEFT BREATHLESS AS TO THE
NAIVETE OF THE CHRISTIAN EVANGELICALS

Once again, one is left breathless as to the naivetι of Christians in the United States. There appears to be a PURPOSEFUL blindness with regard to their alliance with the business elites. IT'S A BLINDNESS THAT SOME DAY - MIDWAY THROUGH THE TRIBULATION PERIOD - IS GOING TO TURN ON THEM AND BITE THEM IN THE PROVERBIAL ASS. [Please see Chapter IX of the NEW ANTIPAS PAPERS; specifically, Part 4, "The Abomination of Desolation" which describes how - shortly after the "Abomination of Desolation" - the Antichrist will turn on the Apostate Church and destroy it.]

THE LIES GO FROM BAD TO WORSE

Carr continues in his damning expose of American machinations in the Balkans in pursuit of its murderous policy of CHAOS in the region:

"In April … Bosnian Muslim units in and around Sarajevo … [came into possession] of a great number of heavy weapons whose existence the UN Command was not aware of - [weapons introduced into the region by the American military]. French troops kept a log [of these weapons] … and submitted it to the UN Command in Sarajevo [but the U.S. blocked the publication of this report] … At the same time, large numbers of Bosnian Muslim forces began to gather in the rear of the hills surrounding Sarajevo, AND U.S. C-130 HERCULES PLANES BEGAN TO ARRIVE AT TUZLA AIRPORT AT A RATE OF FOUR PER DAY. The transport aircraft were unmarked but manned by US crews; the Bosnian Serbs recorded the crews’ voices and say there is no doubt whatsoever that the crews were American. It was reported that the aircraft brought arms and ammunition for use by the Bosnian Muslims forces gathering around Sarajevo. IT IS ESTIMATED THAT AT LEAST 90,000 [MUJHADEEN] TROOPS ARRIVED, INCLUDING THE VERY BEST MUJHADEEN SPPECIAL FORCES UNITS, with the exception of the Bosnian 6^th Corps Special Forces which remained at Bihac.

"As an act of provocation designed to trigger NATO air strikes against the Bosnian Serb forces, Bosnian Muslim snipers killed two UN soldiers serving with the French contingent in Sarajevo. [And for one to assume that the Americans were not "in" on these killings is naοve at best, and just plain stupid at worse - after all, the offensive the Americans had been planning with the Bosnian Mujahadeen was dependent on just such a ruse in order to justify the attack.]

"Shortly after the murder of the French U.N. observers and in supposed retaliation for their killing, Bosnian Muslim troops launched a major offensive, and AMERICAN AIR STRIKES WERE MADE AGAINST SERB POSITIONS IN SUPPORT OF THE MUJAHADEEN ADVANCE ... The main objective of the Muslim advance was to secure a position on Mt. Igman, destroy a major portion of the Serb Army and lift the siege on Sarajevo. Attacks were launched from a number of locations towards Sarajevo, including three major thrusts from Vares, Viscko and Pazaric …

"THE MAN WHO PLANNED AND EXECUTED THE MUJAHADEEN ATTACK ON THE SERBS WAS FORMER U.S. ARMY GENERAL JOHN GAVIN ... Last year he was in charge of the US Army’s famous military academy, West Point."

And all this is but a small - a very small - example of America's effort to rip apart Yugoslavia in the interest of the American New World Order System. Time does not permit us to describe what really happened in Srebrenica, the manner in which Milosevic was purposefully demonized (and finally murdered at the Hague), and on and on and on.

Naturally enough, these lies and subterfuges, as well as the heavy involvement of the U.S. military on the side of the fascist Croat and Bosnian Mujahadeen forces, is little known inside the United States.

CHAOS - that's what the U.S. wanted in Yugoslavia by siding with the fascists in Croatia and the Mujahadeen in Bosnia, Kosovo and Albania - AND THAT'S WHAT THEY GOT!

JARED ISRAEL ON THE U.S. POLICY
OF CHAOS IN THE BALKANS

This, of course, is exactly what Jared Israel has been saying for some years now. Israel has been a voice in the wilderness regarding the "goings-on" in the former Yugoslavia - a voice that the elites in the United States have been bending every effort to ridicule and silence. More than fifteen years ago, Israel - writing on America's naked pursuit of CHAOS in the Balkans - wrote forebodingly (and quite perceptively):

"United States … policy in the Balkans is dangerous, but it is not unfocused or mysterious. Generally speaking, it is predictable. IT IS NOT BASED ON THE WHIMS OF U.S. PRESIDENTS, WHETHER THEY WEAR THE LIBERAL OR CONSERVATIVE MASK. IT IS BASED ON A BROAD CONSENSUS OF POWERFUL FINANCIAL INTERESTS. According to this consensus, in order to preserve the hegemonic moment enjoyed by the U.S. and its close allies, it is crucial to prevent the development of opposing forces, to crush them in the cradle in order to guarantee world domination."

The most important goal: TO PULVERIZE THE [FORMER YUGOSLAVIA] AND REDUCE IT TO IMPOVERISHED, WARRING PROTECTORATES DOMINATED BY THE U.S. … AND BY LOCAL PROXY FORCES, LOYAL TO [AMERICAN DOMINATED] NATO, SUCH AS THE SECESSIONIST ALBANIANS IN KOSOVO.

In this way, the American … Establishment accomplishes two things. First, it exploits the former … [Yugoslavia's] vast resources. Second it guarantees that the … [socialists] cannot put Yugoslavia back together … thereby challenging the US Empire."

INTENDING TO SPREAD CHAOS
TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

So successful was U.S. policy in the former Yugoslavia that the U.S. expanded the use of it during the Clinton Administration against the Russian Federation, specifically in Chechnya. That's a dangerous game. Israel continues:

"With the crucial southern flank [in the Balkans] secured, Washington's Empire is now in a strong position to pursue low intensity warfare against Russia and the rest of the former Soviet Union."

Just as Jonathan Cook said in his article, "COVETING CHAOS IN THE MIDDLE EAST," Bush - following the lead Clinton set in Yugoslavia by Clinton - has expanded the rule of CHAOS into the Middle East as "America's favored model across the region." TWIDDLY-DEE, TWIDDLY-DUM! - that's the difference between the foreign policy pursued by the Republicans as opposed to the one pursued by the Democrats. It's the foreign policy of the REPUBLICRATS. Michel Chossudovsky warns:

"Western-backed neoliberal macroeconomic restructuring helped destroy Yugoslavia. Yet, since the onset of war in 1991, the global media have carefully overlooked or denied their central role. Instead, they have joined the chorus singing praises of the free market as the basis for rebuilding a war shattered economy. The social and political impact of economic restructuring in Yugoslavia has been carefully erased from our collective understanding. Opinion-makers instead dogmatically present cultural, ethnic, and religious divisions as the sole cause of the crisis. In reality, they are the consequence of a much deeper process of economic and political fracturing.

"Such false consciousness not only masks the truth, it also prevents us from acknowledging precise historical occurrences. Ultimately, it distorts the true sources of social conflict. When applied to the former Yugoslavia, it obscures the historical foundations of South Slavic unity, solidarity and identity. But this false consciousness lives across the globe, where shuttered factories, jobless workers, and gutted social programs are the only possible world, and "bitter economic medicine" is the only prescription."

UNCOVERING THE TRUTH BY A
RESORT TO THE PROPHETIC SCRIPTURES

Masking the truth! - that's what the American elites are up to, and there is simply no way of getting around the elite's subterfuge: they control the press; they control radio and television, and they control what is taught as truth in our colleges and universities. In doing so, they have created an Orwellian world where up is down, black is white and left is right. In other words, truth is what the elites say it is.

However, we have a tool that we can use to break through the elite's "DOUBLE-SPEAK" - and that's the Bible; specifically, the Prophetic Scriptures.

BUT IT'S NOT THE TRUTH PRESENTED BY
TODAY'S CHRISTIAN "ESTABLISHMENT" …

But it's not the Prophetic Scriptures as they are advertised to us by ninnies and nincompoops such as Jack Van Impe, the late Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson, John Hagee, the late John Wimber, C. Peter Wagner, Rick Joyner, etc. - all of whom are (were) slavishly in the employ of the American New World Order System.

No! - these priests and plenipotentiaries of the New World Order System are not about to turn on the one from whose breasts they are suckling. No! - these frauds and charlatans have bent every effort to twist the Prophetic Scriptures to the service of the American elites; to portray America as God's great "Redeemer Nation" rather than what she really is: the BEAST NATION of Daniel 7:7 - a nation that is,

"... 'DREADFUL' and 'TERRIBLE,' and 'STRONG EXCEEDINGLY' with 'great iron teeth'; one that 'DEVOURS' and 'BRAKES IN PIECES' the rest of the nations of the world (Daniel 7:7); one that Isaiah describes as an 'OVERFLOWING SCOURGE' (Is. 28:18) that will gain mastery over the entire earth and establish a ONE-WORLD EMPIRE that will bring ruin and poverty to the peoples and nations of the world."

BYPASSING TODAY'S CHRISTIAN ESTABLISHMENT

The question that might now fairly be asked, What does one do when even the truth the Scriptures offer is blocked by the establishment of today's church? The answer is, THE CHURCH'S ESTABLISHED LEADERSHIP MUST BE BYPASSED, which is exactly what Jesus did when He came the first time. The very real fact of the matter is, He created a BY HIS WORDS a great and unbreachable wall between Himself and the religious establishment of His day; to wit, He said of them:

"Ye HYPOCRITES, well did Esaias prophesy of you, saying,

"This people [meaning the leaders of the established religion of Christ's time] draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me." (Matthew 15:7-8)

Hardly words calculated to endear him to the religious establishment of His day. He continued, saying:

"Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, HYPOCRITES! for ye shut up the kingdom of heaven against men: for ye neither go in yourselves, neither suffer ye them that are entering to go in.

"Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, HYPOCRITES! for ye devour widows’ houses, and for a pretence make long prayer: therefore ye shall receive the greater DAMNATION.

"Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, HYPOCRITES! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, YE MAKE HIM TWOFOLD MORE THE CHILD OF HELL THAN YOURSELVES." (Matthew 23:13-15)

And He went on to say of them:

"Even so YE ALSO OUTWARDLY APPEAR RIGHTEOUS UNTO MEN, BUT WITHIN YE ARE FULL OF HYPOCRISY AND INIQUITY.

"Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish [decorate] the sepulchres [tombs] of the righteous,

"And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets.

"Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets.

"Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers.

"Ye SERPENTS, ye generation of VIPERS, how can ye escape the damnation of hell?"

Very obviously, these are fighting words that Jesus directed against the leaders of the established religion of His day; they are not words meant to heal, but are instead words Jesus PURPOSEFULLY used to create a GREAT GULF between Himself and them - AND UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO CEATE SUCH A GULF BETWEEN YOURSELF AND TODAY'S ESTABLISHED CHURCH, YOU CAN HAVE NO PART IN WHAT THE LORD IS DOING IN THESE "LAST DAYS."

THE ANTIPAS TRAINING

But how else is it possible to view today's American church when it so openly and candidly supports a political system that is engaged in exporting CHAOS to the rest of the world? Again, bear in mind what we've been talking about in this article: that the spread of CHAOS throughout the world is one of the indicators of the "end of the age;" that it emerges out from the depths of the "BOTTOMLESS PIT;" that it has a king over it -

"His Hebrew name is Abaddon, and in Greek he has the name Apollyon" (i.e., Apollos)." (Revelation 9:11)

He is also called "Wormwood;" that -

"... great dragon ... that serpent of old called the Devil and Satan." (Rev. 12:9)

SERVANTS OF HELL

Those who serve chaos, or who are in any way linked to those who serve CHAOS, are the SERVANTS OF HELL. That's what the Bible says! Is that how you want to be known as the "end of the age" draws near? And don't think that this appellation cannot be affixed to those who claim to be members of the church. It certainly was affixed to those who were involved in the "established" religion of Christ's day. Isn't that what Jesus was implying when He told the Pharisees:

• "Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, HOW CAN YE ESCAPE THE DAMNATION OF HELL?

And, again when He said to them:

• "Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, HYPOCRITES! for ye compass sea and land to make one proselyte, and when he is made, YE MAKE HIM TWOFOLD MORE THE CHILD OF HELL THAN YOURSELVES."
