THE TRIBULATION:

The American New World Order System is put on trial, and its claim to be God's representative on earth is judged.

TO REVIEW: The Bible says that God -

"... hath appointed a day in the which HE WILL JUDGE THE WORLD." (Acts 17:31)

The world (and, specifically, we are speaking here of the American New World Order System) is going to be put on trial -- that's what the word Tribulum (from where we get the word "tribulation") means -- AND AMERICA'S CLAIM TO BE GOD'S REPRESENTATIVE ON EARTH IS GOING TO BE "TESTED." [Once again, we URGE you to see Chapter XII of the New Antipas Papers, "The Beast of Revelation 17;" please also see our articles, "The Third World as a Model for the New World Order" (which has been published in Iran), "The American Empire: The Corporate / Pentagon / CIA / Missionary Archipelago," "A Dreadful Nation: An Overflowing Scourge," "The Congo and American Greed," "Lee Kyang: The Rich and the Poor! To this end witnesses are going to be called against the accused, i.e., the American New World Order System - specifically, Israel and the church. [Please see our previous two articles, "The Tribulation; Part 1: Preparing the Church to Give Testimony" and "The Tribulation; Part 2: Preparing Israel to Give Testimony."]

NOTE: Once again, we URGE you to read Part 4 of Chapter VIII of the New Antipas Papers, "The Two Witnesses;" please also read Part 5 of Chapter VIII, "Parables and Ciphers," Chapter X of the New Antipas Papers, "The 144,000 and the Last Half of the Seventieth Week." Essentially, the "test" or "trial" will commence with the Gog / Magog War [Please see Chapter XV of the New Antipas Papers, "The Gog / Magog War" and our article, "Israel: In That Day There Shall Stand Up a Root of Jesse That shall Be an Ensign for the People."]

NOTE: Technically speaking, the Tribulation will begin with the signing of a formal mutual defense pact between Israel and the United States - a defense pact that the Bible calls "YOUR [i.e., ISRAEL'S] COVENANT WITH DEATH" and "YOUR AGREEMENT WITH HELL." [Please see Part 6 of Chapter XV of the New Antipas Papers, "Israel's Agreement with Hell."]

"GOTT MIT UNS" - God is on our side.

Finally, one should take note of the fact that there exists some vagueness in the Scriptures as to how we get from where we are today to the beginning of the actual Tribulation Period, and - more to the point - how we get from an Obama Presidency to a government organized along Christo-Fascist lines? HOWEVER, THE FACT THAT SUCH A CHRISTO-FASCIST STATE WILL EVENTUALLY SEIZE POWER IN THE UNITED STATES IS BEYOND DISPUTE. NOTE: There are a number of considerations relating to the character of the Antichrist that completely preclude a secular-humanist such as President Obama from being the Antichrist, among which are, he (i.e., the Antichrist) -

• Will promote himself as Israel's champion. (Dan. 9:27) [Obama is anything BUT Israel's champion (Please see our article, "The Generals' Revolt against the Obama Presidency").]
• Will put his trust in military power. (Dan. 11:38). [President Obama eschews the use of military power (Again, please see our article, "The Generals' Revolt against the Obama Presidency").]
• Will oppose the "desire of women" (Dan. 11:37); while there are some who insist that this particular verse refers to the desire of women to "bring forth the Messiah," such an interpretation requires an inordinate amount of convolution and seems to imply that women are more desirous of this than men. The more likely interpretation is the "common sense" one - i.e., that he will oppose the "modern-day" desire of women to seek "equality" with men in the world of business and politics. [President Obama champions the "modern-day" desire of women to seek "equality" with men in the world of business and politics (Please see our article, "The Left: Seeking to Destroy the Right - Root and Branch").]
• Will deceive God's people (i.e., the Christians) by posing as their champion (apparently by appearing to promote their religious desires and political programs) in the same fashion that he deceives Israel (Rev. 17:3; please also see Matt. 24:24). [President Obama is the antithesis of all that Christians in the United States espouse (Please see our article, "The Left: Seeking to Destroy the Right - Root and Branch").]

Our purpose in this article, however, is not so much to delve into the "mechanics" (so to speak) relating to the actual transition form an Obama Presidency to a Christo-Fascist state -- we have already done so on an extensive level (see articles referenced above) -- as it is to explore some of the horrific events that the Bible says will lead up to the beginning of the Tribulation Period, and to study the nature of the first-half of the Tribulation Period itself.

THE "SCHEDULE OF EVENTS" INSOFAR AS
THE "TRIAL" AS A WHOLE IS CONCERNED

The entire course of the "trial" (or Tribulation) is outlined in Matthew chapter twenty-four:

NOTE: As we have suggested on many different occasions, one must understand something here: This trial is NOT going to be conducted in some type of sanitized courtroom cut off from the "daily affairs" of life; the whole world is going to be the courtroom, and it will touch the "daily affairs" of everyone's life. In the end, it will "prove" beyond a shadow of a doubt not only what the American New World Order is all about, and where its loyalties really lie, but also where people really are - specifically, whether or not one really belongs to Christ OR whether or not one really belongs to the "Prince of this World" (John 12:31, 14:30, 16:11); and whether or not one is really a Jew (as opposed to those who today are "playing" at being a Jew" - and there are many who are doing so. Again, it's not what people say they are, it's what they DEMONSTRATE themselves to be. The "Course and Character of the Seventieth Week" i.e. the Tribulation [Please see Chapter IX of the New Antipas Papers."]

The pertinent verses of chapter 24 of the Book of Matthew read as follows:

The Bible indicates that a series of events will precede the Tribulation (i.e., the Tribulum or "trial"), events that will grow in intensity and that will continue on through the Tribulation Period; the Bible calls this period the "BEGINNING OF SORROWS" (see above):

• Earthquakes. (Matthew 24:7)
• Pestilences. (Matthew 24:7)
• Famines. (Matthew 24:7)
• There will be economic hardship in parts of the world that have never before suffered such hardship. (Revelation 6:6)
• Wars and other conflicts. (Matthew 24:6)
• Iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold. (Matthew 24:12)
• The appearance of false prophets and false apostles. (Matthew 24:5)
• Hatred of all those Christians who take a stand against the American New World Order System and the church that supports that system. (Matthew 24:9-10)

	Michel Chossudovsky calls the "War on Terror" a pretext for permanent "New World Order" wars of conquest serving the interests of Wall Street and the financial community, the US military-industrial complex, Big Oil, and other corporate interests. Specifically, Chossudovsky says: "The US 'campaign against terrorism' is a 'war of conquest' for empire, threatening future humanity with devastating consequences. America's New War isn't confined to the Middle East and Central Asia. IT AIMS AT MILITARIZING VAST REGIONS OF THE WORLD, leading to the consolidation of what is best described as the 'American Empire'. The 'war on terrorism' is a cover to not only re-colonize Iran, Iraq and the Indian (subcontinent)," but also China and the former Soviet bloc." If this is so - and it is - then very obviously what the "War on Terror" has done is to create the EXACT conditions described by Matthew 24:6: "And ye shall hear of wars ad rumours of wars ..." 6.	INIQUITY SHALL ABOUND, AND THE LOVE OF MANY SHALL WAX COLD.
	As we indicated in our article "As in the Days of Noah," SEXUAL PERVERSION - and that is precisely the kind of "iniquity" that the Bible is referencing in Matthew 24:12 - has already subsumed vast segments of America's population. NOTE: In connection with this, one should pay particular attention to the PRECISE wording of Matthew 24:13 - "Because iniquity [i.e., sexual perversion] shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold." This is a very interesting phrase. The Bible is not necessarily referring to our love for Christ per se, but to love itself: to the ability of human beings to have LOVING relationships with one another. In essence, then, what the Bible is saying is that there is a REVERSE (topsy-turvy, upside down) relationship between sexual perversion and one's ability to love others; the more that sexual perversions and/or "obsessions" takes root in the heart of man, the more his ability to have LOVING relationships with others is diminished. [Please also see our article, "Witchcraft and the Paranormal: Unlawfully Bridging the Gap between the Spirit World and the World of Man;" please also see our article, "As in the Days of Noah."] The fact that man is becoming ever more a prisoner of his sexual cravings is plainly indicated by the above graph which charts the exponential growth of "unique visitors" in the United States to adult websites from 2001-04 to 2005-08. Concerning this matter, Dr. Judith Reisman writes: "For decades I have lectured on visual pornography as an "endogenous drug" that PERMANENTLY restructures the brain, mind, memory and conduct of unthinking users ... Pornography overrides cognition and causes dramatic changes in viewers' behavior. This can be simple coarsening, impairing the capacity to love (which is exactly what Matthew 24:13 says is occurring today in the hearts of men and women), or it can lead to brutal sexual crimes." Dr. Mary Ann Layden, co-director of the Sexual Trauma and Psychopathology Program at the University of Pennsylvania's Center for Cognitive Therapy, concurs with Riesman. Speaking on the seriousness of sexual addictions before the 2004 Senate Commerce Committee, Layden said: "Sexual addicts have a more difficult time recovering from their addiction than cocaine addicts, since coke users can get the drug out of their system, BUT PORNOGRAPHIC IMAGES STAY IN THE BRAIN FOREVER." Now, that's serious! - an addiction far more powerful than an addiction to cocaine and - presumably - even heroin. She goes on to say: "Furthermore, research shows that as an addiction, pornography builds upon itself, driving the addict to seek more extreme experiences of visually satisfying material. Sexual addicts develop tolerance and will need more and harder kinds of pornographic material." [Once again, we URGE you to see our articles, "As in the Days of Noah" and "Witchcraft and the Paranormal: Unlawfully Bridging the Gap between the Spirit World and the World of Man."] VERY PLAINLY, THEN, MATTHEW 24:12 IS BEING FULFILLED IN PLAIN SIGHT OF EVERYONE - and so much so that to deny what is happening is to lend credence to what Jesus said: "In them is fulfilled the prophecy of Esaias, which saith, By hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and shall not perceive: "For this people's heart is waxed gross, and their ears are dull of hearing, and their eyes they have closed ..." (Matthew 13:14-15)

A PICTURE AT LAST BEGINS TO EMERGE
OF THE FIRST-HALF OF THE TRIBULATION

Thus, a picture of the first half of the Seventieth Week begins to emerge. The paramount theme is one of incessant war, confusion, and chaos - at least in those parts of the world and within those circles that resist the cajolery and blandishments of Babylon and the Antichrist; world conquest is their sole object, and where flattery fails, brute force takes over.

And now, in the midst of all this, the process of winnowing begins - the separation of the wheat from the tares, the good seed from the bad seed, the real Christians from those who had merely professed Christianity for advantage or gain.

"Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved (Mark 13:12-13)."

And so, finally, we come to the last two elements in our series of events that will lead up to and characterize the first half of the Tribulation:

• The appearance of false prophets and false apostles. (Matthew 24:5)
• Hatred of all those Christians who take a stand against the American New World Order System and the church that supports that system. (Matthew 24:9-10)

Again, it is precisely here - in the first-half of the Tribulation - that the following words of Christ take on REAL meaning; first, as we have already indicated, Mark 13:12-13:

"Now the brother shall betray the brother to death, and the father the son; and children shall rise up against their parents, and shall cause them to be put to death. And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake: but he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved." (Mark 13:12-13).

And,

"... they will lay their hands on you and will persecute you, delivering you to the synagogues [churches] and prison ..." (Luke 21:12).

THE APPEARANCE OF FALSE CHRISTS,
FALSE APOSTLES AND FALSE PROPHETS

It's in the context of Mark 13:12-13 and Luke 12:12 that we come to Matthew 24:5: The appearance of false prophets and false apostles, those about whom Jesus said are -

"... wells without water, clouds that are carried with a tempest; to whom the mist of darkness is reserved for ever." (2 Peter 2:17)

C. Peter Wagner, Bill Hamon, Charles Capps, Jerry Savelle, et. al. - ALL "false prophets" who "… will lay their hands on you and will persecute you …" Luke 12:12) These are PRECISELY those about whom Jesus said: "Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye are like unto whited sepulchres, which indeed appear beautiful outward, but are within full of dead men's bones, and of all uncleanness. Even so ye also outwardly appear righteous unto men, but within ye are full of hypocrisy and iniquity. Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous, And say, If we had been in the days of our fathers, we would not have been partakers with them in the blood of the prophets. Wherefore ye be witnesses unto yourselves, that ye are the children of them which killed the prophets. Fill ye up then the measure of your fathers. Ye serpents, ye generation of vipers, how can ye escape the damnation of hell? Wherefore, behold, I send unto you prophets, and wise men, and scribes: and some of them ye shall kill and crucify; and some of them shall ye scourge in your synagogues (churches), and persecute them from city to city: That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar." (Matthew 23:27-35)

These are those that Christ said -

"... have gone in the way of Cain, and ran GREEDILY after the error of Balaam FOR REWARD (i.e., for money) ..." (Jude 1:11)

"... trees whose fruit withereth, without fruit, TWICE DEAD, PLUCKED UP BY THE ROOTS;

"Raging waves of the sea, FOAMING OUT THEIR OWN SHAME; wandering stars, to whom is RESERVED THE BLACKNESS OF DARKNESS FOR EVER." (Jude 1:11-13)

Yes! A thousand times, Yes! - These are EXACTLY the ones that Jesus was referencing when He said:

"... they will lay their hands on you and will persecute you, delivering you to the synagogues [churches] and prison ..." (Luke 21:12).

NOTE: It should be noted here that when the Scripture speaks of "false Christs" (Matthew 24:24 and Mark 13:22) it is not necessarily speaking about "New Age Christs" as so many Christians suppose - Christs (so to speak) that such New Age "Seers" as Edgar Casey, Madam Blavatsky, Henry Steel Olcutt and others of their ilk see as emerging at the "end of the age," but rather people who claim that Christians can become "gods" in the same sense as Christ Himself.

People such as Kenneth Hagen who writes:

"... there is a real incarnation in the new birth."

And who goes on to say that in the new birth, God imparts -

"His very nature, substance, and being to our human spirits."

Hence, Hagin maintains,

"... every born again man is an incarnation," and that "the believer is as much an incarnation as Jesus of Nazareth."

And lest the reader think that Hagin is only speaking metaphorically, one has only to consider the following additional quotations:

"That's who we are; we're Jesus."

He elaborates,

"In fact, in the Epistles, the Church is called Christ. The Church has not yet realized that we are Christ. When we do, we'll start doing the work we're supposed to do" - i.e., take over the world.

AND MAKE NO MISTAKE ABOUT IT, THIS IS EXACTLY THE THEOLOGY EMBRACED BY MOST OF THOSE CHRISTIANS WHO EMBRACE THE "PROPHETS AND APOSTLES" MOVEMENT - people such as Paul Crouch, Jack Hayford, Charles Stanley, D. James Kennedy, Tim LaHaye, the late John Wimber, Juan Carlos Ortiz, C. Peter Wagner, Beverley LaHaye, Ern Baxter, Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagin, Oral Roberts, Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell, Chuck Colson, Robert Stearns, Mike Bickle, Reuven Doron, Che Ahn, Frank Hammond, Cindy Jacobs, Bill Hamon, John Eckhardt, Bobbie Byerly, Dutch Sheets, Jim Goll, John Paul Jackson, James Ryle, Frank Damazio, Ed Silvoso, Carlos Annacondia, Claudio Freidzon, Roger Mitchell, Ted Haggart, Paul Cain, Chuck Pierce, Rick Joyner, Kingsley Fletcher, Jim Laffoon, Barbara Wentroble, ad infinitum, ad nauseum. I say again, these are PRECISELY the people the Bible calls "TWICE DEAD, PLUCKED UP BY THE ROOTS." RAGING WAVES OF THE SEA FOAMING OUT THEIR OWN SHAME; WANDERING STARS, to whom is RESERVED THE BLACKNESS OF DARKNESS FOR EVER." (Jude 1:11-13) [Please see our article, "The God-Men of America's New World Order System."]

THE APOSTLES AND PROPHETS:
PART OF A MUCH LARGER MOVEMENT

In reality, the Apostles and Prophets Movement is part of a much larger movement in the world today that encompasses all of society, and which aims at reducing ordinary men and women to the status of "cogs in a machine" - a machine, the direction of which average people have little or no control over, but one on whose smooth and efficient functioning they have come UTTERLY to depend, both physically and psychologically. [Please see our article, "Today's Church: Making Zombies out of Christians - the Prophets and Apostles Movement;" please also see our article, "Making Men Cogs in a Machine."]

Isaiah Berlin

The effort here is aimed at denying average people the possibility of meaningful CHOICE, both insofar as the operation of the church is concerned, and insofar as it affects the functioning of the state - or, as Isaiah Berlin puts it, the "getting them (i.e., ordinary people) into one's power," the "twisting them this way and that" in accordance to what some supposedly more "enlightened" person or group of persons think are in their best interests. In this effort, it is the "doctoring" (Berlin's word) of ordinary people that is so troubling - until they are:

"... made to do what they do; it is the manipulating of people not for the sake of the purposes which are their purposes (i.e., the purposes of ordinary people), or the fulfillment of their hopes, which - however foolish or desperate - ARE AT LEAST THEIR OWN, but for reasons which only the MANIPULATORS (i.e., the so-called 'enlightened leadership') - who freely twist them for their own supposedly 'greater purposes' - can understand."

CHRISTIANS AS MERE
OBJECTS OF MANIPULATION

Although those who are doing the manipulating would never admit it, ultimately what the so-called "enlightened classes" (again, both in the church and in the state) are aiming at is the destruction of their followers' individual personalities by creating unequal MORAL terms (again, Berlin's words) between themselves (i.e., the "enlightened" leaders) and the much larger class of supposedly empty-headed bumpkins and yokels whereby the leaders know what they are doing (and why), but the followers (i.e., the supposed yokels and bumpkins) do not. In this "game," the leaders "play" upon the followers and treat them as mere objects and not as actual people whose motives, views, and intentions have any intrinsic weight whatsoever.

What the "enlightened leaders" promise is a "New Order" (C. Peter Wagner's words in his book, Apostles and Prophets) that will bring peace and happiness to the world, both spiritually and economically.

But Berlin retorts that -

"NO supposed paradise is worth the destruction of our individual personalities in this way; or our blind submission to others who are supposedly more enlightened. NO 'unity' or 'harmony' in some ethereal 'WHOLE' is worth such a price."

The reduction of Christians to android status.

And that is true whether that "whole" is called the "CHURCH" or the "STATE," or, perhaps, more to the point, "CHRISTIAN AMERICA." NOTHING is worth becoming someone else's automaton or robot!

THE REDUCTION OF INDIVIDUALS
TO ANDROID STATUS

The reduction of individuals to android status who possess no will of their own - whether it is practiced by the so-called "APOSTLES and PROPHETS," or by America as the NEW ISRAEL OF GOD - should horrify any right-thinking person. Regarding all this, Berlin writes that what is truly TERRIFYING is,

"... the spectacle of one set of persons who so tamper and get at others that the others do their will without knowing what they are doing; and in this lose their status as free human beings, indeed, as human beings at all. It is this deliberate act of tampering with human beings so as to make them behave in a way which, if they knew what they were doing, or what its consequences were likely to be, would make them recoil with horror and disgust."

Berlin continues by saying that we -

"... SHOULD RATHER THAT THEY CHOOSE BADLY THAN NOT AT ALL; because we believe that unless they choose they cannot be either happy or unhappy in any sense in which these conditions are worth having; the very notion of 'worth having' presupposes the choice of ends, a system of free preferences; and an undermining of them is what strikes us with such cold terror, worse than the most unjust sufferings, which nevertheless leave the possibility of knowing them for what they are - of free judgment, which makes it possible to condemn them (and turn away from them) - still open."

It is these precise methodologies - the kind that Berlin says should "strike us with such cold terror" - that the elites together with our own pastors and priests (and our Apostles and Prophets) are attempting to press on us today - largely to influence the way we think about the nature of our own country, and to blind us as to the kind of MONSTERS our church leaders have become.

THE TRUTH IS WHAT THE "APOSTLES
AND PROPHETS" SAY IT IS

Up is down; black is white; right is left! The truth is whatever the elites and the "Apostles and Prophets" say it is. Such a system allows the elites of the world and their lackeys in the leadership of the church to hide what America is really up to in the world at large; it allows them to portray the presence of America's multinational corporations throughout the world as "little angels" in the service of humanity rather than what they really are - ravenous wolves; and it allows them to picture America as a benevolent giant rather than what it really is - a beast which is "... exceeding dreadful ... (and) which devours (and) brakes in pieces ..." (Daniel 7:19)

What does that make those who submit themselves to the leadership of today's church? - IT MAKES THEM SPIRITUAL ZOMBIES! - PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO WILL OF THEIR OWN! This is what Hitler wanted in his followers; this is what Stalin wanted! - AND THIS IS WHAT TODAY'S "APOSTLES AND PROPHETS" WANT TOO! And they've got to get it! - there is no other way the leaders of today's church can defend the alliance they have made with the corporate THUGS of today's elite business establishment. And there can be no doubt that these concepts have by now insinuated themselves so deeply into the mindset of most evangelicals that they have come actually to believe that this kind of thinking is supported by the Scriptures.

Indeed, the question, "Who is your covering?" (meaning, who has been delegated by the "Apostles and Prophets" to exercise authority over you) has become a veritable litmus test to measure the authenticity of a church or ministry as well as the "spiritual maturity" of a brother or sister in Christ - and so much so that in today's church, relationship after relationship is made or broken on precisely how one answers this question.

"And when he had opened the fifth seal, I saw under the altar the souls of them that were slain for the word of God, and for the testimony which they held: And they cried with a loud voice, saying, How long, O Lord, holy and true, dost thou not judge and avenge our blood on them that dwell on the earth? And white robes were given unto every one of them; and it was said unto them, that they should rest yet for a little season, until their fellowservants also and their brethren, that should be killed as they were, should be fulfilled." (Revelation 6:9-11)

Speaking concerning the "discipline" (and concomitant HORROR) that the "Prophets and Apostles" are seeking to impose on the church, Rick Joyner - who styles himself an apostle like Hamon, Wagner and all the rest - writes,

"SOME PASTORS AND LEADERS WHO CONTINUE TO RESIST THIS TIDE ... MUST BE REMOVED FROM THEIR PLACE."

And again,

"... there will be many 'stumbling blocks' circulating in the church ... Those serving in leadership must trust their discernment and REMOVE the 'stumbling blocks'."

OF COURSE, IN SAYING THIS, Joyner is unwittingly fulfilling the words of Christ when He said:

"... THEY SHALL SEPARATE YOU FROM THEIR COMPANY, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man's sake." (Luke 6:22)

As we suggested in an earlier article, this new kind of Christianity - the kind that is being promoted by today's American evangelicals - is a very mean-spirited form of Christianity, indeed.

Take, for example, what John Eckhardt, says of it:

"God has a plan and purpose He will fulfill ... NOTHING WILL STAND IN HIS WAY... God calls the ravenous bird of prey [which Eckhardt says is the "Apostolic Church"] to execute His purposes ... The ravenous bird is the Hebrew word for ayit, meaning a hawk. It also means to swoop down upon."

A RAVENOUS BIRD OF PREY? - that's what the church of America's New World Order System is? Eeee gads! God help those who oppose this church!

Eckhardt continues:

"... The hawk symbolizes sharpness, keen vision and quickness. It represents discernment and insight into the plans and purposes of God. The hawk is a swift bird that SUDDENLY SEIZES HIS PREY. It is a ravenous bird. Ravenous means extremely hungry, voracious or greedy for gratification."

And this is what Eckhardt calls the church? - a VORACIOUS, GREEDY BIRD OF PREY! A bird of prey that will seize and devour its enemies. What kind of Bible is Eckhardt reading out of?

Then there's the words of Randall Terry, the founder of Operation Rescue:

"I want you to just let a wave of INTOLERANCE wash over you. I want you to let a wave of HATRED wash over you. Yes, HATE IS GOOD ... Our goal is a Christian nation. We have a biblical duty, we are called by God to conquer this country. We don't want equal time. We don't want pluralism."

HATE IS GOOD? Is that what Terry is saying? Yes! - That's exactly what he is saying!

And so now we begin to truly understand the words of Christ when He said:

"... take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the ... (churches) ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, FOR A TESTIMONY AGAINST THEM." (Mark 13:9)

NOW WE COME TO A
VERY IMPORTANT POINT ...

Now we come to a very important point: Pay particular attention to the last portion of Mark 13:9 (above) - specifically, that portion of the verse that reads: "Ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, FOR A TESTIMONY AGAINST THEM."

IT IS PRECISELY IN THE ACT OF ENDURING PERSECUTION, IMPRISONMENT AND DEATH THAT THE TRUE CHURCH WILL ACT AS A WITNESS AGAINST THE AMERICAN NEW WORLD ORDER SYSTEM AND THE APOSTATE CHURCH THAT SUPPORTS THAT SYSTEM, specifically the church of Paul Crouch, Jack Hayford, Charles Stanley, D. James Kennedy, Tim LaHaye, Juan Carlos Ortiz, Beverley LaHaye, Ern Baxter, Kenneth Copeland, Kenneth Hagin, Oral Roberts, Pat Robertson, Jerry Falwell, Chuck Colson, David Yonggi Cho, Robert Stearns, Mike Bickle, Reuven Doron, Che Ahn, Frank Hammond, Cindy Jacobs, Bill Hamon, John Eckhardt, Bobbie Byerly, Dutch Sheets, Jim Goll, John Paul Jackson, James Ryle, Frank Damazio, Ed Silvoso, Carlos Annacondia, Claudio Freidzon, Roger Mitchell, Ted Haggart, ad infinitum.

Concerning all this, Jesus said:

"It will lead to an OPPORTUNITY for your testimony.

"So make up your minds not to prepare beforehand to defend yourselves;

"For I will give you utterance and wisdom which none of your opponents will be able to resist or refute." (Luke 21:13-15)

[Again, we remind you, the "trial" (or Tribulum) that is being conducted against the world and, specifically, the American new World Order System - is one that is not being conducted in some kind of sanitized courtroom cut off from the "daily affairs" of life; the whole world is the courtroom, and it will touch the "daily affairs" of everyone's life.]

The wrath of the "Apostles & Prophets" against Israel.

THE WRATH OF THE "APOSTLES
AND PROPHETS" RE. ISRAEL

Now in all of this, one must bear in mind the situation that Israel will of necessity find itself in insofar as the "Apostles and Prophets" are concerned; specifically this: The eschatology embraced by the "Apostles and Prophets" cannot help but place Israel and the Jewish people in a state of affairs every bit as grim as the situation the true church will face. [Please see our article, "The Tribulation; Part 2: Preparing Israel to Give Testimony."]

TO REVIEW: The eschatology promulgated by the "Apostles and Prophets" is as follows:

• The world is plunged into a time of political and spiritual crisis, one that threatens the world with chaos and the church with destruction. [The "Apostles and Prophets" believe we have been in this phase of the "end of days" for a long time now as evidenced by the decline of America's older, euro-centered, Christian civilization, the removal of prayer from the schools, and the concomitant emergence of secular-humanism, militant feminism, homosexuality, pornography, rampant liberalism, etc., etc.]

• The Lord brings revival to the church. The "Apostles and Prophets" believe that that's what is beginning to happen now with the "new charismatic movement," the growing ecumenism between and among the various branches of Christianity, the "Signs and Wonders" movement, and most especially with what C. Peter Wagner calls the "New Apostolic Reformation."

• This revival results in the end of the church's divisions and the rule of the "apostles and prophets."

• The "Gospel of the Kingdom" is preached in America first; America is "revived" as the REDEEMER NATION, which leads ultimately to the conversion and eventual conquest by the REDEEMER NATION (i.e., America) of the world.

• This results finally in the CONVERSION OF ISRAEL, and the judgment of those who refuse to convert.

• The Lord returns.

Sarah Palin: a devotee of this eschatology - which gives some idea of how widespread in Christendom this eschatology is.

Now, it is absolutely imperative that one should note the exceeding great importance that the "Apostles and Prophets" attach to the conversion of Israel immediately after the Gog / Magog War: THE CHURCH CANNOT BE "PERFECTED UNTIL THE JEWS "CONVERT;" and if the church is not "perfected," the Lord cannot return. Again, we remind you of the words of Reuven Doren:

"The Jews were 'hardened' TO MAKE THEM THE HARDEST TO REACH. In this way, they have become the barometer of humanity, reflecting the overall condition of the state of man. When the gospel is preached that grafts the 'natural branches' back into the tree, the church and Israel will then be able to reach the whole world. This is why Paul said that the gospel should be preached 'to the Jew first'. This was not just out of favoritism, but because the Jew represents the greatest challenge of the gospel, and one which we must have ... Even so, our relationship to the Jews is not meant to be a stumbling block, but a stepping stone ... The final joining together of both 'into one new man' ... resulting in the healing of all spiritual and cultural wounds."

And not only the words of Doren, but we remind you also of the words of Rick Joyner, another of today's so-called "Apostles and Prophets," who writes:

"The Jews have historically represented the greatest test for the ... (church) ... In a sense, Jews are the 'ACID TEST' of our message. UNTIL THE CHURCH COMES TO THE SPIRITUAL STATURE (MATURITY) WHERE SHE PROVOKES THE JEW TO JEALOUSY, WE HAVE NOT YET ATTAINED TO WHAT WE HAVE BEEN CALLED." [Again, please see our article, "The Tribulation; Part 2: Preparing Israel to Give Testimony."]

But, once again we ask, What happens if Israel does not "convert?"

NOTE: And make no mistake about it; The Jews AS A NATION will not embrace Christ as their Messiah until the end of the Tribulation Period. Until then, the Jews AS A NATION will remain in unbelief.

THIS DOESN'T MEAN, OF COURSE, THAT MANY JEWS AS INDIVIDUALS WON'T BE SAVED (as they have been doing for centuries) DURING THE TRIBULATION PERIOD - i.e., that seven year period of time following the Gog/Magog War. Many, no doubt, will! MOREOVER, THERE CAN BE LITTLE DOUBT THAT THE TESTIMONY OF THESE BELIEVING JEWS WILL HAVE A GREAT IMPACT ON THEIR UNBELIEVING BRETHREN; THAT IT WILL PREPARE THEIR HEARTS FOR THE EVENTS PROPHESIED IN ZECHARIAH (see below). But the final fruition of their work (i.e., the conversion of Israel as a NATION) will not come to pass until the end of the Tribulation period - when Christ returns! At which time, the Bible says:

"And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the SPIRIT OF GRACE (i.e., UNMERITED FAVOR) and of supplications: and THEY SHALL LOOK UPON ME WHOM THEY HAVE PIERCED (very obviously the Lord), and they shall mourn for him (i.e., Jesus), as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness (i.e., great sorrow) for him (i.e., Christ, whom they rejected), as one that is in bitterness (i.e., great sorrow) for his firstborn.

"In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.

"And one shall say unto him, WHAT ARE THESE WOUNDS IN THINE HANDS? Then he shall answer, THOSE WITH WHICH I WAS WOUNDED IN THE HOUSE OF MY FRIENDS." (Please see Zech. 12:8-14, 13:1, 6)

THIS, HOWEVER, WILL NOT IMPINGE IN ANY WAY THE ABILITY OF ISRAEL AND THE JEWISH PEOPLE TO ACT AS A WITNESS AGAINST THE AMERICAN NEW WORLD ORDER SYSTEM AND THE APOSTATE CHURCH: JUST THEIR CONTINUED EXISTENCE WILL BEAR WITNESS AGAINST BOTH THE AMERICAN NEW WORLD ORDER SYSTEM AND THE CHURCH OF RICK JOYNER, PETER WAGNER, et. al. [Exactly how Israel and the Jewish people will be preserved against the wrath of the Antichrist is the subject of a later article; we URGE you to see Chapter VIII of the New Antipas Papers, specifically, Part 5: Parables & Ciphers."]

What will happen when these hopes are dashed? - as they most certainly will be! (cf. Zech. 12:10 - 13:1) WOW! - THE WRATH THAT WILL FALL ON ISRAEL AS A RESULT WILL BE HORRIBLE! THERE IS, AFTER ALL, NOTHING SO HATEFUL AND MEAN-SPIRITED AS A JILTED LOVER.

THE NEW INQUISITION

YES! - We face a new Inquisition! - AND IT SHOULD COME AS NO SURPRISE TO YOU. Indeed, Jesus said:

"The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you." (John 15:20)

Being denounced before the Inquisition

It will be an inquisition that will be forced upon us in the name of "God and Country," and not simply by strangers; but by those whom we had deemed friends and neighbors, and by those - God help them - that we had thought of as our brothers and sisters in Christ:

"But you will be delivered up even by parents and brothers and relatives and friends, and they will put some of you to death ..." (Luke 21:16)

But what does this exactly mean? In the Inquisition of old, when a man was even slightly suspected of harboring thoughts contrary to the religious authorities of his day, "familiars" [or spies] of the Inquisition were employed to watch him, with the view of discovering the least excuse for handing him over to the tribunal. Had he said something against the impious union of the Church and the state? Did he hold an opinion of any sort contrary to that of the established religious authorities? Had he said something against the state itself? [Which, when state and Church are united, means, of course, betrayal of God.] Was he holding religious meetings in his home without permission or meeting in a church not approved by the state? [Which again - when Church and state are united - could mean not just religious treason, but state treason as well.] Any of these things were enough to create suspicion. He was now marked and denounced by the "familiars."

At midnight a knock is heard. The suspected man is ordered to accompany the "messengers." His wife and family know what that means; their distress is great. They must now take a last farewell of the beloved husband and father. Not a word of entreaty or of remonstrance dare be breathed. Thus, suddenly and unexpectedly did this frightful force pounce upon its victims. Wives gave up their husbands, husbands their wives, parents their children, etc. An impenetrable secrecy surrounded all the proceedings of this institution. And the workings of imagination only lent further to it's fearfulness. Neither rank, nor age, nor sex, afforded any defense against its watchful vigilance and pitiless severity.

Such severity has a way of winnowing the Church - you can believe that! But, then, oh how the Church will shine! The dross washed away! The gold revealed at last!

NOW, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION HERE

Now pay close attention here! - Listen to what the Bible says regarding those who "endure to the end" (Mark 13:12-13):

"THEY THAT BE WISE SHALL SHINE AS THE BRIGHTNESS OF THE FIRMAMENT; AND THEY THAT TURN MANY TO RIGHTEOUSNESS AS THE STARS FOR EVER AND EVER." (Daniel 12:3)

The church is now revealed - she is MANIFESTED; the dross washed away.

These are the ones who can say with the prophet -

"Though the fig tree may not blossom, Nor fruit be on the vines; Though the labor of the olive may fail, And the fields yield no food; Though the flock be cut off from the fold, And there be no heard in the stalls - "YET I WILL REJOICE IN THE LORD, I WILL JOY IN THE GOD OF MY SALVATION." (Habakkuk 3:17-18)

It is PRECISELY this MANIFESTATION of the true church (and the refusal of these Christians to join in with the HATRED of the "Prophets and Apostles" toward Israel and the Jewish people) that will begin to render meaning to Romans 10:19 -

"... I will provoke you (i.e., Israel) to jealousy (meaning envy) by them that are no people ..." (Romans 10:19)

"By them that are no people" - that is to say, those who have "COME OUT OF THE NATIONS" and joined themselves to the church. After all, what is it about these Christians who will defy their religious authorities - even the so-called "Prophets and Apostles" - and stand with Israel against the false claims of the American New World Order System and the church that supports it to be God's representatives on the earth? And what's more, what is it about these Christians that would succor the Jewish people and the nation of Israel during this horrible persecution - even when it means prison, torture and death? So, again, Paul asks,

"I say then, Have they [i.e., Israel and the Jewish people] stumbled that they should fall? GOD FORBID: but rather through their fall salvation is come unto the Gentiles, for to provoke them to jealousy (meaning envy)." (Romans 11:11)

Paul continues:

"For I would not, brethren, that ye should be ignorant of this mystery, lest ye should be wise in your own conceits; that blindness in part is happened to Israel, UNTIL THE FULNESS OF THE GENTILES BE COME IN.

"AND SO ALL ISRAEL SHALL BE SAVED: as it is written, There shall come out of Sion the Deliverer ..." (Romans 11:25-26)

NOTE: This (i.e., Romans 11:25) is a reference to Zech. 12:8-14, 13:1, 6 which, again, we quote:

"And one shall say unto him, What are these wounds in thine hands? Then he shall answer, those with which I was wounded in the house of my friends." (Zech. 13:6)

"And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the SPIRIT OF GRACE (i.e., UNMERITED FAVOR) and of supplications: and THEY SHALL LOOK UPON ME WHOM THEY HAVE PIERCED (very obviously the Lord), and they shall mourn for him (i.e., Jesus), as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness (i.e., great sorrow) for him (i.e., Christ, whom they rejected), as one that is in bitterness (i.e., great sorrow) for his firstborn.

"In that day there shall be a fountain opened to the house of David and to the inhabitants of Jerusalem for sin and for uncleanness.

"And one shall say unto him, WHAT ARE THESE WOUNDS IN THINE HANDS? Then he shall answer, THOSE WITH WHICH I WAS WOUNDED IN THE HOUSE OF MY FRIENDS." (Please see Zech. 12:8-14, 13:1, 6)

Paul goes on to say:

"For this is my covenant unto them, when I shall take away their sins.

"As concerning the gospel, they are enemies for your sakes: but as touching the election, they are beloved for the fathers' sakes.

"For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance. (Romans 11:27-29)

NOTE: Yes! - There can be no doubt that over the two millennia from the death of Christ till now, the Jewish people have been the enemies of Christendom - but that ONLY because "... blindness in part is happened to Israel, UNTIL THE FULNESS OF THE GENTILES BE COME IN." (Romans 11:25-26) Nonetheless, the Scriptures say, "... they have ALWAYS been beloved for the fathers' sakes ..." (Romans 11:25) And why is that: Because "...the gifts and calling of God are without repentance ..." (Romans 11:29) [Please see Chapter VI of the New Antipas Papers, "The Distinction between Israel and the Church."

Paul explains:

"For as ye in times past have not believed God, yet have now obtained mercy through their unbelief:

"Even so have these also now not believed, that through your mercy they also may obtain mercy.

"For God hath concluded them all in unbelief, that he might have mercy upon all.

"O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

"For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?

"Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?

"For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen. (Romans 11:23-36)

What's Paul saying here? He's saying that in the FINAL ANALYSIS, God has treated both the Gentiles and the Jews in PRECISELY the same fashion: There was a time when the Gentiles dwelt in unbelief [i.e., when they were rendered "sightless" insofar as the Scriptures are concerned (Romans 11:25)], and there was a time when the Jews dwelt in unbelief [i.e., when they were rendered "sightless" insofar as the Scriptures are concerned (Romans 11:25)]. And why is that? - Because "... God hath concluded them ALL in unbelief, THAT HE MIGHT HAVE MERCY UPON THEM ALL. In other words, both Jew and Gentile are ABSOLUTELY dependent on the MERCY of God.

And so Paul concludes:

"O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!

"For who hath known the mind of the Lord? or who hath been his counsellor?

"Or who hath first given to him, and it shall be recompensed unto him again?

"For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things: to whom be glory for ever. Amen. (Romans 11:33-36)
