Start listening to the clips below by selecting the individual links,
or download each one by right-clicking on the link and select on the
menu "Save Target As" to save it to you hard drive. If you have a
slow connection, it may take up to 15 minutes to download it, so please
have some patience while it's downloading, it's worth the wait. Also,
for the journal section, there is streaming and Download. If you
have slow connection, I would suggest selecting "streaming." To download,
select the Download file and right-click to save the file.
