| As you probably
know, we do not link with other Christian websites; most
of these sites very obviously are not in favor of the eschatological
viewpoint that Antipas is purveying to the world, and are
- in fact - very much opposed to it. These are websites
that purvey an "escapist" mentality insofar as the "end
of the age" is concerned, and/or seek to link the church
to right-wing Christian circles in the United States. HENCE,
WE NEED YOUR HELP IN GETTING THE MESSAGE OF ANTIPAS OUT
TO THE WORLD. We urge you to take an active part in doing
so by emailing this article to your friends and loved ones,
and by doing so, fulfilling the Word of God in Ezekiel 33:2-6.

ADVICE FROM GERMANY ON
EMIGRATION OUT OF THE U.S.
[It's not as hard as you might think.]

will be glad to print similar letters from readers in other countries who
have advice pertaining to emigration. Please

FAILURE IN CANADA."
To all at Antipas Ministries:
Greetings in Christ from the city of Worms,
Germany. Thank you for your wonderful website. May God richly bless
you all.
I am a fan of the website and began reading it a few years back,
after stumbling across it during a web search for Christian websites.
I read with interest the warnings to leave America, since I have
myself been living in exile since 2003, having decided to leave after the
debacle of the "stolen" election of 2000, and the events of 911.
I was born in New Jersey to a mother of German descent, and a father from
Texas who was a part time preacher with the disciples
of Christ denomination. After my parents' divorce, I went through a period
of about 7 years of running from God and living a reckless lifestyle, until
I rededicated my life to Jesus at the age of 23.
As the saying goes, "If God doesn't judge America, he owes an
apology to Sodom and Gomorra".
The political disintegration of the US seemingly coincides with the
moral and spiritual decay. I rededicated my life to God after he saved me
from a drug and alcohol problem. I then went from church to church in New
York City. I visited some churches that were preaching a warning (like David
Wilkerson, at Times Square Church, who even in the 90's was preaching a warning
that America would fall under judgment if people didn't repent), some that
were basically theologically sound, if a bit tepid and overly concerned with
being "nice" (like Redeemer Presbyterian Church); many however,
were in love with the "name it claim it" teaching, or a variant,
and as I was reading my Bible every day (I didn't have a TV for quite a while)
) I was shocked by what people were saying, and a bit confused.
I had already seen that something was amiss in the US, and I started
then to have reason to believe that the mainline Churches have been the subject
of a "COINTELPRO" style takeover, in order to minimize the possibility
of another 60's style civil rights uprising. I don't have much proof, of course,
outside of a connection between the CIA and pat Robertson, but I think that
the developments are by no means coincidental. The sudden influx of money
into a right-wing "Moral majority" Christian right movement did
not come about solely because of a grassroots knee-jerk reaction against the
unwashed hippies. It was a planned process, just as the controlled monopolization
of radio, print media, record companies (Ever notice that there are now about
5 record labels, where in the 60's and 70's there were hundreds?), television,
etc.
I was practically thrown out of one church, for God only knows what
reason. America is now bankrupt both economically and morally. I tried to
tell people before I left, but their ears were closed. I have had some frightening
dreams of an earthquake hitting New York, of planes flying into the statue
of liberty, and of a bald eagle (symbol of America) being ripped apart by
a small wild boar. Whether or not the dreams are "prophetic" or
the product of eating too much pizza before bed, I don't know! I won't be
presumptuous in claiming the title of prophet, suffice to say that I would
have to be stupid of blind to not see what will obviously happen. Any student
of history knows what led up to the French revolution, and any student of
military tactics can see that politically unstable regions are often the subjects
of bloody military coups, or worse, invasions. European and foreign people
nod when I tell them, but Americans won't hear it.
I have been reading some articles on another website as well, namely Mark.
S. Watson's site, Watson's web, at http://www.markswatson.com.
I think you will find it very interesting.
Now I am in Germany and I attend a "free church", where
no one cares how you vote, what color your skin or hair is (purple hair is
OK, too), whether or not you are "well educated" or "middle
class". I don't agree with every little thing, but I find that I have
my political and religious freedom here. How long that will last, I don't
know. I do know that I don't want to partake in the sins of the US system,
and by staying and "going along with it", Americans are putting
themselves in the wrath of God almighty. The uncleanness of the body can be
washed away, but those who support evildoers are making themselves spiritually
unclean, and those who work for evildoers are defiling themselves.
Regarding emigration overseas, I find it hard to believe that any
Americans would have a hard time leaving the US, assuming that they are reasonably
intelligent, flexible, and not overly attached to a house, car, or other material
possessions. Most of those things can be sold, and re-bought, usually at better
prices overseas.
For instance, a cute, do-it-yourself cottage in a cheaper section
of my area (Rheinland Pfalz) can be bought for 70,000, and in some areas,
like in the Eastern states, or up North in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, the houses
are even cheaper. You can buy a house at a real estate auction for a pittance,
if you are daring. Otherwise, cheap apartments can be found outside the major
metro areas.
There is lots of work for those with a degree, with technical or
computer skills, welders, electricians, plumbers, etc. Any university graduate
who speaks "proper" English can spend a couple of months in a crash
course in German, then find work as a freelance English
teacher.
I met a guy from Texas who immediately found work as a software programmer,
with very little knowledge of the language.
I've been living in Germany since 2003.
Here is my advice for those who wish to go to Europe:
-
Go to Europe as a "tourist". Try to
find a country where you have relatives. Keep in mind that some countries
are very strict regarding immigration (like the UK) and others are more
liberal (such as Germany, the Netherlands, etc). Visit a language course
to perfect your skills (you should have mastered the basics before you left,
by buying a language program), and stay in a youth hostel. Be friendly.
Make friends with some nice students. Tell them your situation. Contrary
to popular belief, the much-vaunted "anti-American sentiment"
basically extends itself only to the US Government. People won't dislike
you personally because you are American. If you are friendly and sociable,
you may find a cheap room at a student apartment.
-
You can use the 2-3 months as a "tourist"
searching for employment. If you are a techie, or have professional training,
you are likely to find work. You might want to consider freelance work,
as well. Teachers can apply for freelance teaching work, as English teachers,
at business and adult education schools. There is always the possibility
of working for an American or British company, as well. Try a larger city.
If the company needs your work, they will help you get you a work permit.
-
Work on your language skills, find an apartment
(large metro areas have excellent public transit, but high rents; the medium
sized cities have lower rents.), use your address to open a bank account
and get a cell phone so you can use the number for job interviews.
-
As soon as you've landed work and a place to live,
apply for residency papers. Explain to the authorities that A. you have
found work in your new country, B, you want to stay in Europe because the
USA is becoming fascist, and C. You have an apartment, friends, and love
living in your new home. Be polite and friendly, but formal in your speech.
Use proper grammar (this is why you spent 3 months studying the language).
-
You are sure to find a few American expatriates
in your new city who can give you some good advice.
-
After living in your new country for a few years,
you can then try to apply for citizenship. If you go to Germany or Ireland,
you have a better chance if you are of German or Irish descent. I've heard
that any person of Irish descent can apply to immigrate to Ireland.
If you are inclined to marry, you can try and marry a local to secure
citizenship.
Most countries allow you to apply after being a legal resident after
a few years. Therefore, the sooner you leave, the better!
I live in Germany. Advantages are: 1. good health care/ education,
2. centrally located, 3. nice people, 4. less crime, 5. good public transit,
6. many people speak English.
You could also consider Sweden, the Netherlands or Finland for the
same reasons. It depends on what language you want to learn. Just about everyone
in Sweden speaks English, but you can't find work unless you speak Swedish,
as well. Most people in the Netherlands speak English, as well, though, and
Dutch, I've been told, is not so hard to learn.
Buy yourself a 20 dollar language learning PC program from a computer
store, start learning, and save up your money.
I left the US with about a thousand bucks (plus 450 for the language
course, and 300 for staying in a student room for a month in Heidelberg).
You always hear that Europe is expensive, and that you need a lot of money
to get away. Nonsense. Choose a suburb or small city to live in, and commute
to your job, and it won't be too expensive.
Remember, where there's a will, there's a way.
BTW, here is something that I wrote. I hope you find it interesting. Hopefully,
it will be readable.
Peace and Blessings in Christ,
Tabitha Elkins

We need your help to spread the word concerning Antipas Ministries and the
eschatological viewpoint it represents; WE NEED YOUR
HELP BECAUSE WE DO NOT "LINK" WITH OTHER SO-CALLED "CHRISTIAN"
WEBSITES which are, for the most part, "in the tank"
insofar as their loyalty to the United States is concerned
- a loyalty that has made them partners in the BLOODY
trail the American military has left in its TERROR-RIDDEN
rampage throughout the world, as well as making them partners
in the abject poverty that American corporations have
imposed on the peoples and nations the American military
machine has ravaged - A BLOODY, TERROR-RIDDEN RAMPAGE
THAT HAS TO A LARGE DEGREE BEEN CARRIED OUT IN THE NAME
OF THE "PRINCE OF PEACE." [Please see our articles,
